Our four delux self catering apartments are set in an idyllic front line location over-looking the beautiful bay of Kalkan. Planted flower beds, mature trees and palms make this a truly relaxing setting. Each apartment has spectacular, uninterrupted sea views and face out onto the pool. Villa Elite Aparts has a freshwater infinity swimming pool, sun terraces and pool furniture that are available for our guests. Conveniently positioned; the old town of Kalkan, restaurants and bars are within 10 minute 'easy' walking time. A Local grocery shop for drinks/food and a bakery selling a variety of freshly baked breads/Turkish pastries and cakes are just a few minutes walk away.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Monday as most flights to Dalaman are on this day. Other days and durations may be accommodated but could incur an additional charge.

On the second level via stairs are two bedrooms; one double bedded the other twin bedded. Both bedrooms are en-suite with shower facility. Sliding doors from the lounge area lead onto a private covered terrace area for outside dining, with table & chairs. These aparts have cd music system, iron and hairdryer. Notes on accommodation
Families and children welcome. No pets. Strictly non-smoking within accommodation. Provide welcome pack, UK plug adapters, mosquito machines, bathroom & tea towel, hair dryers, safe box. You may need to bring pool / beach towels, suntan lotion (buy locally), body insect bite repellent (buy locally cheaper), mosquito machine tablets (buy locally cheaper), washing machine powder (buy locally), toiletries, shampoo, favorite CD'sd, tea a coffee, mobile phone - local phone cards much cheaper, driving license. These apartments have cd music system, iron and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels will be changed twice per week. The villa/apart will receive a daily maid service for light cleaning duties and a full cleaning service twice per week on linen change days.
Outside
The fresh water swimming pool will be maintained and treated on a daily basis (early morning and early evening), the maintenance person will also water garden areas during their visit.
Coast/Beach
10 min walk away to town pebble beach. 15 min driving by bus to sandy kaputas beach,20 min driving by bus to sandy Patara beach.
Travel
Airport transfers and car hire charges are not included in the price, however these can be arranged for you at the time of your booking, payment for this will need to be made locally to us in cash(Sterling or Turkish Lira).Dalaman (airport code DLM) is the nearest airport to Kalkan - transfer 2 hours. Antalya (airport code AYT) is an alternative airport - transfer 3 hours.

A £200 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking, the balance can be made locally by cash (GBP-TL). When you arrive to Kalkan.
