Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds. In the price is included a welcome breakfast or a traditional Turkish dinner and drinks. A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. A £250 breakages deposit should be charge at the villa.

Outside
There is a big garden which is very well kept. Sunloungers and parasols are provided for both the garden and pool area. The roman (fully new) pool has a marble boundary and a natural stone surround. The complex is surrounded by a garden with scented fruit trees and beautiful flowers.
Coast/Beach
Öludeniz beach, the most beautiful and famous beach in Turkey, is 10 mins by car. Gemiler beach, a very nice beach with view on St Nicholas Island, can be reached 10 mins by car. A shorter trail leads to Cold Water Bay, a small cove fed by 'icy' springs, and reachable in under an 45 mins walk.
Special interest holidays
If you make a wedding holiday, so is Kaya Village and Villa Eden a perfect location, perfect place. My gift to you is a special dinner with candelight and an exercising trip.
If you like to go walking, you can walk to Ölüdeniz, Gemiler Island, Afkule to the cool water beach...For walking the best time in April- June and from end of Septemeber to end of November.
If you like horse riding, it is possible to make daily trips to Afkule. If you have an interest to visit special places, I can organise for you, your family and friends a trip to the Nomads in the mountains.
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport, approx 50 mins by car. Alternatively Antalya is 2½ hours by car. Transfer can be arranged and car hire can also be arranged.
Distances
The old ruins of the ghost town and a multitude of restaurants are reachable in 5 mins walk. Hisaronu, a bustling village with plenty of restaurants and nightlife, 10 mins away by car. Fethiye, a pretty Mediterranean town at the hillsides of the Mount Mendos, has a remarkable old city, cultural and natural attractions and a great nightlife too.
Further details
The village, Kaya, is an unspoilt mountain village and is, in itself, a tourist attraction due to the old Greek ruins. Activities like diving, sailing, paragliding, jeep-safari, horse and camel riding, trekking and lots of others are possible in the region.
Booking notes
25% of whole rental price will be paid at the time of booking and the rest of the total rental price will be payable 6 weeks before your arrival. A 150 GBP breakage deposit is required on arrival in cash and will be returned to you on your departure.

Arrived at 4.00am to a candlelight breakfast which looked beautiful. What a surprise! Thanks very much Arife.
We love the villa and pool and have spent lots of time relaxing here as well as exploring Gemiler Beach, Oludeniz and lovely beach at Blue Lagoon. The tuesday market at Fethiye is worth exploring. There is a nice walk to a Monestery on the way to GemilerBeach with great views of the sea. We had a very interesting day in the mountains meeting the Nomads and having a BBQ lunch, which was delicious. We tasted Turkish Tea and were given some goats milk to try from a Nomad family. Thank you Arife, Malik for a day we will always remember. We had a really enjoyable, relaxing week. Thank you very much Arife.

We fell in love with the village and the country with it's vegetation, the friendly village people and the absolutely peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It makes us very happy to share the beauties of the region with guests from all over the world.

We love Kayakoy because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the village atmosphere with a great range of small and family atmosphere restaurants. There really is something for people who love the natural and peaceful location here. The area is easily accessible with Dalaman Airport less than an hour's drive away.
