Price includes welcome pack and 24 hour emergency call out service. Your booking can commence and end on any day of your choice (to fit in with your travel arrangements).
We are also able to accommodate bookings which are not multiples of 7 days (eg: a 10 day holiday) - please enquire for prices.

Outside
Extensive terracing around the property with the feature point being the pool area. Outside pool shower. Further garden area on separate terrace level with feature undercroft which offers shaded seclusion. 2nd floor: Roof terrace which offers further stunning views of the town, bay and coastline. Equipped with sun beds and seating this is an alternative place for basking in the sun. The foyer to the roof terrace provides kitchenette, laundry facilities and a music system allowing addicted sun-worshippers to have their every need catered for without moving from this enviable position. Bar-B-Cue with dedicated seating area adjacent the terrace.
Coast/Beach
5 mins stroll to Kalkans market. 15 mins drive to the glorious sandy beach of Patara. Patara offers sunbed hire, facilities and restaurant etc,. also ideal for finding a quite spot away from the commercialism of beaches.
Skiing
In winter skiing at the SEKI area approx 90 minutes by road.
Travel
Fly to Dalaman. Transfer arrangements can be made if necessary and start at approx £55 each way from Dalaman airport (approx 90 mins transfer time to villa).

Local Places to visit are Xanthos, Patara, Saklikant, Kaputas, Kas and Tloss. Local sports includes scuba diving, water skiing, jet skis, boat trips, hang gliding, snorkelling (all subject to season and local weather conditions).
Booking notes
Bookings usually commences on Saturday due to flight schedules from UK however, this is flexible. 20% deposit payable on booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to rental period. Small supplement is payable if 7 or 8 guests are to occupy the property. This is merely to cover additional laundry costs etc - please enquire.

About the owner
In 2004 Mary and Terry with the help of a Turkish architect designed and built Villa Panaroma using a local builder in readiness for retirement. The care and quality of materials and workmanship ensured a desirable home from home. Each year long spring and autumn holidays are spent ensuring the continued high standard of presentation remain the offering to all our guests who wish to enjoy the summer months somewhere special.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The town of Kalkan has a long history of receiving independent travellers and long before the modern road network was installed visitors arrived by boat into the sheltered waters of the bay. With the new roads most independent visitors now arrive by car but the harbour is still a magnet for both sail and motorised yachts. A little off the beaten track thankfully mass tourism will not be found here and whilst the town has expanded in recent years the town retains its original charm. Still very much a place for the independent traveller who's looking for that "special" place to spend a while.
Unique benefits of the property
The bay is what made Kalkan the town that it is now and sited overlooking the bay Villa Panaroma enjoys magnificent views. Positioned with a south facing aspect the terracing and pools enjoy the sun throughout the day. A short 15 min walk away from the town centre the villa is maintained by the owners for their own use and thereby offers that little bit more for its guests than a "holiday rental"
