The villa is in a beautiful quiet setting surrounded by pine trees with mountains in the background. Five minute walk to frequent buses providing easy access to Oludeniz, Hisaronu, Fethiye, the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, boat rides and night life etc. There is also a water park nearby.

Change over day's and arrival and departure times are flexible subject to other booking requirements. These will be agreed at the time of booking.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is on two floors and has uninterrupted views of both swimming pools. Please do not smoke or allow cats or dogs in the villa. The owners take no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for injury to persons using the villa.
Accessibility
There are 2 steps up in the front and 2 steps up at the rear into the accommodation. There are another 5 steps up to the swimming pool levels.
Outside
Outside there are first floor and ground floor patios, and a reasonable size garden, mainly lawn with some trees and shrubs. There is a patio table and six chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 4 sunbeds with pads. These are in addition to the sunbeds and umbrellas provided round the pool. There is a large pool and a children's pool which are shared.
Coast/Beach
The world famous beach and Lagoon at Oludeniz that has a variety of attractions including monoplanes paragliding, surfing, diving, boat trips is easily accessible by bus. There are also many very good restaurants and shops. In the other direction is Fethiye with it's splendid harbour and promenade. There is also a picturesque old town with many interesting items for sale and an amphitheatre.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is 45 mins away by transfer vehicle. Fethiye and Oludeniz are 10 mins away by bus. Kayakoy (the ghost town) is also just a few minutes away by bus. Many excursions are available to places of historic interest, some including an overnight stay. It is also possible to take a return day trip to Rhodes by Hydrafoil. Nearby is the famous Lycian way (one of the world's 10 best long walks).
Further details
There are grocery shops and a supermarket a short distance away. The shops will deliver at no charge. There are many cash points available and in Fethiye several banks. Day trips by boat or adventure excursions and site seeing trips can be arranged by any of the many travel outlets that are available. There are many other shops selling clothing, souvenirs, local crafts, Turkish baths, hairdressers etc.

1. Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your villa. The villa,pool and location was ideal for us and Jackie was so helpful, a lovely lady.
2. We stayed in the villa for a wonderful 2 week holiday with our teenage children in Summer 2011. The villa is excellently equipped for a family . 10 minutes stroll to restaurants and markets, and 5 minutes to buses. The onsite manager is English and tremendously helpful.
3. A lovely villa for relaxing, and an ideal location for visiting the many attractions that are a short distance away. Excellently maintained,small complex, perfect for families and couples. Couldn't fault it.

About the owner
We are a retired couple. My husband and I fell in love with Turkey a little over 6 years ago. We had no intention to buy but fell in love with our Villa as soon as we saw it. We now go there at least 3 times a year. We are very family orientated and our children and grandchildren are frequent visitors to our home in Turkey.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased the villa because it's in a quiet peaceful location and yet within easy reach of the facilities that people enjoy when they are on holiday ie the beach, the sea, shopping, boat rides, adventure activities,
water parks and ancient buildings. For those that cannot resist a market there is one on most day's somewhere in the area. The largest one being in Fethiye on a Tuesday. A day trip to Rhodes is also possible by hydrofoil. A beautiful Country to visit and plenty to do.
Unique benefits of the property
There are pleasant walks through magnificent scenery. An experienced walker would find it possible to walk to Fethiye and to Oludeniz. A visit to the ghost town of KayaKoy, which is a short bus ride away, is an unusual experience. In Fethiye a quiet stroll along the harbour watching the turtles is a pleasant way to spend an evening. There are a lot of very good restaurants catering for all tastes. Eating in the fish market is an experience not to be missed. There are coach trips operated by local tour guides covering all tastes.
