Olive Grove, Fig Tree and Banana Valley Villas are three new custom built and luxurious architect designed villas situated in the rolling hills. The villas offer the discerning holiday maker the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil and beautiful location where privacy and serenity is assured. Villas have large and totally private swimming pools (Olive Grove and Fig Tree 10 x 5 m, 1.5 m deep, Banana Valley 7x4 m, 1.5 m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large parasols. All villas have an outdoor Jacuzzi with magnificent view. From the centre of Marmaris the villas are 6km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farmhouse in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. The villas are light, airy and spacious rooms, cool in summer, and seamlessly combine a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style and luxury in an unobtrusive and simple manner.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. On departure day the villas must be vacated latest at 10 am, the earliest arrival is at 2 pm.

Olive Grove Villa (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6/7 )

Throughout the villas all furnishings are of the highest quality and where appropriate are made of teak or wrought iron and are handmade by skilled local craftsmen. All materials used in the villas are locally sourced, whether they are handwoven Turkish cotton materials or traditional handwoven kilim carpets made from locally spun wool. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with cold and warm air available to ensure your total comfort. Villa has an alfresco dining area on the terrace and another dining area inside. Kitchen: electric cooker/oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and fridge with a separate freezer, plus crockery and cutlery, all in custom designed and produced surroundings. Electric B.B.Q. Olive Grove has three bedrooms, with each bedroom sleeping two and there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower/bath/WC and double bed, while the other bedrooms have two single beds and can make use of a separate shower/WC. |

Notes on accommodation
All 2 weeks bookings get a 10% discount. Olive Grove Villa has discounted prices for 4-5 people. Long term lets negotiable. On arrival we offer a welcome pack containing continental breakfast, wine and fruit, allowing you to immediately switch-off and concentrate only on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
Outside
The local environment is suitable for any kind of leisure activity, from walks through quiet, secluded forests while the close proximity to the sea means that you can swim, scuba dive, jet-ski, fish, paraglide, yacht and mess about on the water to your heart's content, while for the more energetic we can arrange mountain bike hire; tell us what you want to do and we can arrange it. The warm sunny climate guarantees sun nearly all the year round and in the summer months any depth of sun tan you require is assured!
Coast/Beach
Marmaris offers a wide variety of possibilities to fully enjoy your holiday: A selection of beaches the nearest being 6km away. On the beach: sunbeds, jet skis, parasailing, pedal boats, motor boats etc. Water parks, daily boat trips or pupa sailing, rafting, scuba diving, bike and motor bike hire, horse riding, fishing, shopping, DVD hire. restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman, 90km away. We can arrange your transfers from any airport. Ask for our special rates for one-week or longer term car rentals.
Distances
Minibus service passes just 200 metres away to Marmaris and runs between 8 am and 9 pm or if you prefer we can arrange car hire.
Booking notes
All two weeks bookings get an additional 10% discount. Deposit of 15% will be paid on booking, balance in two equal parts; first part latest 8 weeks before arrival and remainder cash on arrival. Further details will be given while booking. A security deposit will be required latest on arrival.

We stayed at Fig Tree Villa in October, and were amazed by the property. It is secluded, with lovely views stretching down the wooded valley. We hired a Jeep, arranged by Eeva and Max the owners, for a few days and drove into Marmaris, 10 minutes away, as well as to other nearby destinations.
The villa itself was exactly as described, well fitted-out with all immenities, and our 3 young kids loved playing in our own swimming pool while we relaxed on the terrace sipping the local Efes beer and Raki! The villa provided a cot for our youngest, and we felt very comfortable and treated with respect by the multilingual-speaking owners, who happen to be Finnish and English.
All in all, we loved the quiet seclusion, but also the nightlife on Bar Street. This was great as we had an English-speaking baby-sitter to look after the kids, again arranged by the owners. We are planning on returning this summer with some other friends from Dallas.
