The villa benefits from spectacular, stunning views of the surrounding mountains where you can watch Paragliders gliding down to the fabulous nearby family beach of Olu Deniz in the turquoise bay. Part of the Artemisia holiday complex the villa benefits from the use of a reception service to provide and assist with excursions, airport transfers, free transport from reception to Olu Deniz beach, entertainment and evening meals if required.

Outside
Access to the large back sun terrace is through wide fully opening patio doors from the dining room, where there are ample sun beds and garden furniture. Off to the right there is a brick built BBQ . The large communal swimming pool is of tile construction which has no sharp edges. There is also a Jacuzzi pool just of the main pool for sitting in and receiving a massage while enjoying the sun.
You will also have full access to the Artamisia complex pool an facilities in addition to the villas pool.
Coast/Beach
Olu Denis beach 10 mins. Fethiye 15 mins. Short walk to Local shops, which can deliver as well.
Special interest holidays
The resort on which the villa is situated offers if required: Reception service. Large 50m swimming pool (600m2) includes basketball, volleyball and children's section. Enjoy a drink in the pool bar. Wine bar, snack bar and restaurant on the terrace. Entertainment in and around the pool. Dine at a very competitive rate and dance with a belly dancer!
Travel
Flights and Transfers - Flights from all major UK airports to Dalaman airport. Transfers of 45 minutes from Dalaman airport to the villa complex can also at your request be arranged for you through the Artemisia reception at a very competitive rate (approx £18 return per person).

Luxury villa is part of the Artemisia Holiday Resort. Located very close to Turkey's paradise spot, Olu Deniz, where history and nature embrace the Mediterranean Coast decorated with a deep purple sea, and covered with beautiful pines and aromatic eucalyptus trees. Artemisia Resort is located on the hillside of the picturesque village of Ovacik, Olu Deniz with surrounding tranquil views of mountains surrounded by lush pine forests. The villa and complex offers a superior relaxing holiday environment with a spectacular view.
Ovacik is a very peaceful location, but only a short distance from Hisaronu with its many bars, shops and restaurants and a short dolmus or Artemisia resort transport ride to Olu Deniz beach with its stunning beaches. Fethiye town is a 15 minute dolmus ride away, and Calis beach is also nearby putting the villa in the perfect spot for access to all nearby resorts!
Booking notes
Deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking. This should be made payable to M Wearing. A Cheque is preferable. Postal Address will be provided upon accepting your booking.
8 weeks before your arrival you will be invoiced for the balance at which stage a £100 deposit is required (should any breakages occur). This is returned to you within 10 days of your departure from the villa.
NB. Please note it is your responsibility to have adequate travel insurance.

Our first time in Turkey and have really enjoyed it. The villa is great and ebo, well he is great and sorted out our trips Turkish baths, boat trips, camel rides and jeep safai. If you are going on the safai please, please make sure you all wear seat belts. We also did 2 Turkish nights which were fab. Dragonara Chinese restaurant and olive tree are excellent. Will be back again. Jayne, Leon, Casey & Taylor.
Our first time in turkey and defiantly not our last. Villa beautiful and in such a wonderful spot. Ebo could not do enough for us and arranged our trips. The jeep safari is a ‘must’ for kids ‘bring water guns & bottles of water to throw’. Dolmus is cheap but if more than 5 people ask ebo he will arrange cheap taxi. We wish we cold stay another 2 weeks and watch this space we will be back'

We have owned this property from new. The property was build in 2006 and we have only rented this out on a Private basis since completion.
The Villa has all the amenities you will need and we also holiday at the Villa a number of times per year and we like to keep the villa in an excellent condition.
Everyone who has stayed at the villa says how outstanding it really is. We are looking forward to going again ourselves.
