Notes on accommodation
Very well-looked after villa decorated by flowers and a terraced garden with automatic sprinklers. The outside of the villa and poolside are cleaned every morning.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair access as you must go up a flight of stairs to access the villa.

Private infinity pool with fresh water. Outdoor furniture including 8 sunbeds, a dining table with chairs (for 8) and a swinging sofa. And on the floor 3rd terrace comes equipped with 4 person table, outdoor jacuzzi and another swinging sofa providing a view of Kalkan entirely.
Coast/Beach
A brisk 2-3 minute walk to the nearby beach (Kalkan Beach Park) which also has a cafe for eating and available water sports. Another nearby beach (The Mahal) is also 10 minutes walk away.
Travel
Dalaman airport 90 minutes by car. Recommended.
Distances
5-7 minutes driving to the city where all the fine facilities and restaurants of Kalkan can be found.

All supermarkets in Kalkan provide a home-delivery service. You can find things like shops, clubs, banks and restaurants all in the city centre.

About the owner
We are a family of 4 currently living in the South of England. In 2007, we came to visit in Kalkan and just after 3 days, we decided to buy a villa! We had the impression that Kalkan was safe, the service was great, and that the community is excellent and friendly. The restaurants in Kalkan are top class featuring great service, good atmosphere, English-speaking and importantly delicious food!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The main feature of Kalkan is that there are no major tourist attractions, which in a way is great because its a very good way of isolating yourself from populated and dense cities to a more peaceful area. The city centre provides a great night life with a lot of clubs such as Ignite, Chocolate and Mojito which always have an event or party going on! You can't get bored at Kalkan!
Unique benefits of the property
The most important feature that separates this villa from others is how close it is to the sea! There is virtually no distance and is a very easy path to get to the beach, only taking 2-3 minutes and you're there!
