Changeover day
Monday is preferred. Unless otherwise agreed your 'Holiday Duration' is for 7 or 14 nights' and your accommodation is reserved from 1500hrs on your day of arrival. Departure time is generally 1200hrs (flexible subject to incoming guests).

The property will be cleaned and essential equipment checked prior to your arrival. Ample towels & bed linen are included (towels are not provided for beach use!). Bed linen will be changed for 2 week stays. A'Welcome Pack'is also included on arrival. |
Notes on accommodation
The property has independent air conditioning units in each of the 4 bedrooms, lounge/dining area, and kitchen. The first floor master bedroom balcony has a
table and chairs. The Master Bedroom also contains an 'Electronic Digital Safe'. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are also available for the ground floor patio and second floor solarium.
Please note that, whilst guests are requested not to smoke inside the villa, ashtrays are provided for outside use in the above areas.
Also note that the property has 2 flights of marble stairs and we, therefore, strongly recommend that very small children are closely supervised at all times when using these stairs.
Bedroom 4 has a lockable ''Stairgate'' for the safety and security of young children. In addition to the existing wrought iron balustrade, ''Stair Hand Rails'' have also been fitted 'wallside' for the safety and convenience of Children and the Elderly.

Front and side gardens. UPVC table plus 4 chairs, 2 Sun Umberellas & 2 small tables (kept in Hall/Reception Area when property is vacated). 6 sunloungers. Patio and pergola. Shared pool & baby pool. The 'site' has a daytime 'Poolman' and 'Gardener' and nightime 'Security'.
Coast/Beach
Calis Beach & Promenade (with it's numerous Bars, Restaurants and Shops) is a 10/15 minutes walk. It has a fine pebble and sand beach with wonderful views of Fethiye Bay, Islands and a superb Mountain Backdrop. Sunsets and Nightime Illuminations are 'spectacular'. Fethiye Marina/Harbour, promenade and gardens are a 45 minute pleasant coastal walk or a 15 mins minibus (dolmus) ride.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is 50km (45mins) away.Transfers can be arranged. Typically, £60 return for a car (1/3 persons), £85 return for a minibus (4/8 persons) or £90 for 10. Local 'Dolmus' minibuses provide a cheap, reliable and frequent service to nearby places of interest (no need for car hire,but private parking is available). Dolmus 'Water Taxis' are a pleasant way to cross the Bay to and from Calis and Fethiye Marina. There are numerous local boat and coach trips available to places further afield.

Further details
A local supermarket is 100m away. Calis beach, shops, bars and restaurants, is an ideal location for a holiday from April to the end of October. Calis is famous for its beautiful red sunsets over Fethiye Bay, islands and surrounding mountains. There are interesting open markets held weekly in Calis, Fethiye and at Gocek (by boat trip).
Local activities include:- Scuba-diving, fishing, horse riding, para-gliding, water skiing, wind- surfing, sailing, water park, tennis, jeep safari, quad biking, island boat trips and night time shows and entertainment.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be required to secure your booking. This deposit and a signed copy of the 'Rental Terms & Conditions' are required. On receipt of the above, confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. The balance, together with a £150 returnable Breakage Deposit, to be paid 10 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
