Changeover day
Changeover day is a Monday but we sometimes can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom one master suite with double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom two large twin room and bedroom three a large twin room. |
| Bathrooms: | Two identical bathrooms with shower cubicles W.C and sink. One of the bathrooms is an en-suite to the master bedroom. |
| Kitchen: | Large L shaped kitchen with washing machine full over fridge freezer, microwave, toaster kettle coffee making machine fruit juicer. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine situated in the kitchen. Iron and iron board in hall cupboard. |
| Living Rooms: | Large living room with dining room table (8 places) and two two seater settees (one of them a bed settee) and two one seater arm chairs. Television. |

Linen and towels included. Apartment cleaned before and after and once in a one week stay, twice in a two week stay. All linen will be changed on the mid week clean. |

Notes on accommodation
Newly built modern and spacious and situated in a perfect location. Only four apartments sharing the pool so you often have the pool to yourself. Plenty of balcony space to eat outside.
Accessibility
Property is located on the flat and not up a mountain! But it is located on the first floor so there are 15 steps to climb.
Outside
Large 50m pool. 8 brand new sun loungers with covers. Table and 6 chairs for the balcony. BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Sarigerme has a beautiful white sandy beach which stretches for miles. There is a small charge of £1 to enter but it is kept beautifully. There is a large children's park, cafe, showers, W.C water sports, sunbeds, picnic tables. One of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey and great for children due to shallow water and the sand perfect for sand castles! The beach is only a 10 minute wlak away. There are several other beautiful beaches within a 20 minute drive (including Dalyan).
Golf
Hilton are building an 18 hole golf course under 1km away from Pearl Apartments. Completion Summer 2011. The Hilton resort is open and offers Spa treatments.
Special interest holidays
Great holiday destination for sporty people. Lots of sports including all water sports (kite surfing wind surfing and sailing) and lots of walking and cycling tracks available. Wildlife amazing - especially bird watching. Dalyan (only 20 minutes away) and Sarigerme famous for logger head turtles. Health tourism - Natural sulphur pools in and around Sarigerme.
Travel
Dalaman airport is just a 15 minute car journey away. Car hire can be organised at the airport or we can arrange a taxi. Car hire not needed at the apartments (although there is a lot to see in the area if you did want to explore). If car hire is not for you and you want to see the area we can arrange day trips.
Distances
1km to the beach and 1km to the town. 10km to the airport and 20km to Dalyan. 50km to Fethiye. 25km to Gocek. 70km to Marmaris.
Further details
Sarigerme has everything you could need. Shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, travel agents, chemists, post office, coffee shops, market day (Sunday). It is a nice size town with just one street which is closed to cars in the evenings.

10% deposit the rest to be paid 8 weeks before departure. £100 breakage deposit required.
