The ISIS apartment is located on the ground floor within the Saneil Complex of 15 privately owned, luxury apartments, situated by a leisurely 10 min walk into the centre of Kalkan. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, one super king size and one twin, with an extra fold-a-away bed. The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards with marble flooring throughout, contemporary wrought iron furniture, air-conditioning in all rooms and mosquito screens fitted to the windows. From the large terrace there are stunning views to both Kalkan and Kalamar bays. The apartment being south facing has the advantage of enjoying the sun all day. The apartment is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for sole use of ISIS guests. Guests may also use free of charge, the facilities of the nearby Asfiya and Likyia Hotels, plus local beach clubs owned by the Asfiya group. ISIS guests have free WIFI. Electronic safe provided.

Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Monday or Friday, as this co-incides with most charter flights from the UK (we can be flexible so please contact with any specific requests).

Notes on accommodation
Located in an unrivalled position, with spectacular views. This development and stylish apartment has been built to the highest standards. Antique marble flooring is standard throughout the apartment and the development. Air-conditioning is in all rooms and can also be used to heat the apartment. A child's cot and highchair is available on request of advance notice. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4/6 people due to the extra fold-a-away bed and day bed. The apartment is non smoking in all internal areas. Due to its elevated position, the apartment may be unsuitable for people with limited mobility. A Welcome Pack is provided for guests upon arrival. To help with airline baggage restrictions, we now provide beach towels for our guests use.

Great care and attention has been taken with regards to the design of this complex, which features a large shared swimming pool, with 4 allocated "Isis" sun beds and parasol, set in landscaped terraces with wonderful views to the bays of Kalkan and Kalamar. This is an ideal apartment and location for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday set in a wonderful location, offering the highest standards of accommodation.
Coast/Beach
Kalkans pebble beach is located next to the harbour, approx 15 mins walk. Stunning Kaputas Beach is a 5 min bus ride from Kalkan. Patara Beach (as listed in the Times top 10 world beaches) offers 18km of sandy beach and be reached by bus approx 30 mins drive. There are also several beach clubs, Many places of natural beauty and historical interest are easily reached these include the Lycian Way, Saklikent Gorge, Kekova sunken city, Tlos, Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara are all within easy reach.
Skiing
Sking available at nearby Kemer and Antalyia during the Winter months.

Kalkan can be best described as casually sophisticated. A picturesque harbour town nestling at the foot of the Taurus Mountains which is often referred to as the St Tropez of Turkey. There is an outstanding choice of restaurants offering a wide range of food styles, many with roof top terraces with wonderful views overlooking the harbour with prices to suit all budgets. Shopping in Kalkan offers everything from spices, Turkish rugs and leather goods to small stylish boutiques selling jewellery, hand made glass and ceramics plus a colourful weekly market. There is bank, ATM and post office for changing money and travellers cheques. There are several travel agencies where you can book everything from car hire to boat trips. There are local shops close by with 2 supermarkets in Kalkan village which will deliver (by arrangement). A £100 non refundable deposit is required and full settlement 8 weeks prior to departure. Rental prices are per week and do not include flights, travel insurance or car hire.
We also accept small monthly payments spread over a period to asist with your budget requirements.
Transfer are approx £55 each way (and are paid locally).
We can also arrange your airport transfers and car hire at special rates.

About the owner
Toni and I live in Davenham, Cheshire. Between us we have a Son, three Daughters and seven grandchildren. Having been to Turkey many times before, we immediately fell in love with Kalkan after our first visit.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Our first visit to Kalkan was in 2010 when we stayed in one of the 15 apartments on the Saneil complex. As our holiday progressed we just knew we had to buy here if one became available. Amazingly one did and now we are the proud owners of the "Isis" apartment. Kalkan is such a beautiful town with stunning views and a busy harbour with a wide range of restaurants to choose from. Kalkan also boasts a wonderful selection of high class shops catering for every taste. The Turkish people are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Unique benefits of the property
The Saneil complex is maintained to the highest standards with a beautiful swimming pool set in landscaped terraces, with spectacular views overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar bays. The "Isis" ground floor apartment looks out to the pool with even better views from the large balcony with table and chairs for alfresco eating.
