Changeover day
This is a flexible arrangement and guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the minute their transfer arrives.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside tables, fully air conditioned/central heating with ceiling fan, door to the Victorian terrace and pool view. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside tables and a double wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom with a large corner Jacuzzi bath, shower above the bath, separate shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Through kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker (gas and electric hobs), washing machine, microwave, full cutlery, dinner service and cooking utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | Through living room, fully air conditioned / central heated, with a sofa bed, 2 chairs and a coffee table, a television with free view channels is provided along with a DVD player, an hot and cold water machine is provided, a ceiling fan is installed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
There are 2 full sets of linen provided (8 in total), quilts are provided if required, hand and bath towels are provided, the apartment is cleaned prior to and after your stay at no additional cost. |

Outside
The is a large balcony overlooking the shared large adults pool and small childrens pool, a table and 6 chairs are provided on the balcony which has an outside tap, the childrens park and games room are within a minutes walk.
Sun loungers are also provided around the pool.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is only a 10 minute stroll to the main beach which is over half a mile long of golden sand, there are 3 other beaches all within a 15 minute stroll.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bodrum which is approx. 1 hour 15 miunutes away by car. Izmir airport is the 2nd nearest and is a 2 hour transfer by car.
Distances
Altinkum main town is a 10 minute walk, the temple of Apollo is a short car journey away, as is the water park and other attractions.
Further details
There is a childrens park on the complex filled with sand and equipped with swings, slide and other small rides.
There is a games room which contains the table football and pool table. There a 2 local shops stocking all essentials within a 5 minute walk.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 must be recieved along with booking form within one week of booking, balance to be paid 5 weeks prior to travel.
