Notes on prices
Prices shown per week in UK Pounds. For all bookings - towels, bed linen, & tea-towels are included. Bed linen & towels are changed weekly. For bookings 20 July - 30 August. As above, with a weekly clean included. Prices are for 6 people. Parties of 7 will pay an extra £25 per week. Parties of 8 will pay an extra £50 per week.

Changeover day
Monday changeover, however other days may be considered, please ask. Complimentary hamper on arrival.

Notes on accommodation
On the ground floor is the open-plan lounge, kitchen & dining area, with patio doors leading to a pergola covered in Bougainvillea, providing welcome shade whilst you dine
Al-Fresco.The spacious, light & airy lounge is modern & stylish, & the bespoke sofas are especially inviting. The kitchen is modern & very well equipped, (see facilities below for details) with a large dining table and chairs.
Conveniently located on the ground floor is a WC.
On the first floor is one double & one twin bedded room. Both air-conditioned and decorated in a similar style, but with their own individuality. Cooling white walls and hand made curtains, beautiful Turkish cushions and throws make these bedrooms feel special. They also each have a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelves. Above each dressing table is a mirror, hand-painted by a talented artist in Kalkan. The bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC & vanity cabinet.

Both of these bedrooms have separate entrances onto an enormous terrace with the most magnificent views.There are 2 wrought iron sofas with plump mattresses, a beautiful marble table and a parasol. On the 2nd floor is another twin room with magnificent views. Outside living is enviable at this villa.
Underneath the bourganvillea covered pergola is the ideal place to enjoy lunch. Admire the magnificent views from the comfort of your sun-bed or if you get a burst of energy how about swimming a few laps of your own private pool? The parasols even have wheelie stands to make even the small task of moving them easy.Beautiful deep pink and white Bougainville climb up to the terrace and terracotta pots overflow with pretty colourful flowers. The first & second floor terraces with their stylish furniture are the ultimate night-time viewpoint to be mesmerised by the twinkling lights of Kalkan.

Decorative wrought iron window and door bars with meshing (to keep the insects out). These doors can be locked for security and they still allow a cool breeze to come throught the house keeping it cool but secure - excellent for keeping cool!
We can arrange for a chef to cook for you - details on request. Arrival meal - a meal delivered to your villa awaiting your arrival -details on request. Picnic boxes - picnic food delievered to your villa for a day out - details on request.
Ice packs/coolbag/parasol/tuperware for days out are provided.
Guest have the use of a local hotel situated 5 mins walk from the villa. It offers a large swimming pool, childrens pool and children’s area including pool table etc. There is also a bar and restaurant situated in the pool area.

Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the villa price is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before departure. A £150 breakage deposit is payable with final balance and returned within 2 weeks of departure from villa. Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.
