Sarsala Beach: a family beach set in a small cove, with a restaurant and children’s playing area. Sun loungers and parasols are available.
Iztuzu Beach: one of the most beautiful beaches on the Mediterranean coastline.

Kaya Koy: once a thriving Greek village, this town of over one thousand houses, two churches, fourteen chapels, and two schools, was completely deserted in 1923.

Dalaman is the nearest airport and is just a 10 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended due to the location of the villa and we can arrange this for you. The hire charge will be 22 GBP per day including tax and insurance for a car suitable for up to 4 people.

Dalaman is an area of breathtaking natural beauty located between the sea and mountains, with fragrant orange groves, lovely unspoilt beaches and fascinating ancient sites. The ideal base to explore from or just relax in the rural setting.
Dalaman is becoming an area of destination rather than just a stop over on the way to some other resort town. Over - development and exploitation of the area is stopped by the protection afforded to the rare loggerhead turtles that frequent the river and beach. Ensuring Dalaman continues to develop in harmony with its surrounding environment and retains its natural beauty.
Enjoy your evenings at some wonderful restaurants here are a few recommended by guests:
NIL RESTAURANT - set in charming gardens on the river bank feed the curious turtles before you sit down to eat. The peppered steak is a dish to come back for.
AKKAYA GARDEN RESTAURANT - the restaurant is located deep in the valley amongst the pine trees with tables positioned in the trees. It is set amongst waterfalls, ponds, wildlife and beautiful trees and flowers. The food is second to none.
CINAR RESTAURANT - enjoy a meal sitting under the trees. The service and food are wonderful, with Turkish and International cuisine. You even have your own BBQ next to your table.
Sarigerme Village: you can find restaurants, bars, coffee houses and many boutiques. Sunday is market day where you can pick up very cheap genuine fakes and all your fruit and veg, you can even have a camel ride should you wish!
Gocek: Often referred to as the St.Tropez of Turkey, with its exclusive yachting marina and unspoilt beaches. Take the 12 Island Boat Trip a great day out for all the family. The market takes place on a Sunday, ideal place to buy leather goods, local crafts don’t forget to haggle!
Dalyan: a small but exquisite fishing town, which lies next to a meandering river, teaming with wild life. Relax at one of the many restaurants set along the Dalyan river.
Booking notes
To book a 20% deposit is required with final payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or online using a credit or debit card. Guests are responsible for any damage / breakages caused to the villa or contents during their stay. Minimum booking of 7 nights.

Tom (2011): Great property, ample room, good views, entertaining wildlife.
Karo (2010): Beautiful spacious house with an excellent view. Great roof terrace. We had a very nice stay. The only thing is: you need a (rental) car to get around. Ask the villa manager to arrange a car (or anything you might need) and he will take excellent care of it. There a lots of nice places and beaches in the surroundings to visit. The local markets are fun. Therme Maris Spa is within walking distance and has some nice pools and mineral baths. Enjoy!
Andy (2010): Villa Seaview Haven is a lovely, peaceful, relaxing place to stay. The view from the roof terrace is delightful, surrounded by mountains, a great ocean view. I would definately recommend a car as there are no supermarkets within walking distance and there are so many places to visit such as Sarsala and Sarigerme which are just short journeys by car. Myself and my husband and our two children have had a truly lovely holiday to remember!
