This is a luxurious apartment located in the Apart Xanthos complex in Kalamar, Kalkan. The complex has a well maintained garden, shared pool and a separate kids pool right in front of the apartment. Only 200 mt from Kalamar beach and 1500 mt from the restaurants and bars of Downtown Kalkan. You will not have to spend on taxi rides. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Notes on accommodation
The apartment can sleep 4 people in the bedrooms. It can also accommodate 2 more people in the living room. This may be ideal for a couple with 3 or 4 kids. We would like to note that this extra sleeping capacity may not be ideal for adults given the size of the apartment. See pricing information for details. We kindly ask you not to smoke inside the apartment. No pets allowed. If you have any questions or any special needs, please do not hesitate to ask by email or a phone call. You will be greeted with a welcome package including a bottle of wine, orange juice, milk, coffee and snacks.

Coast/Beach
Kalamar beach is only 200 meters away. Note that it is uphill from the beach to the apartment. Kalamar Beach Club is a great option for fun water sports including water ski, jet ski, diving, and many more. Downtown Kalkan and Kalkan's white pebble beach are 1500 meters and 15 minutes walking distance. Famous Kaputas beach and Patara beach are approximately 20 minutes by car.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is approximately 1.5 hours (135 km) and Antalya Airport is approximately 3-3.5 hours. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged upon request. One way transfer for a group of four is £70 for Dalaman Airport and 120 pounds for Antalya Airport.
Distances
Kas is a beautiful town with shops and restaurants and is 30 minutes by car. Fethiye is a must see and approximately 1 hour by car. There are many ancient ruins in the close proximity (including Patara).
Further details
The town offers many great restaurants and bars with views of the bay. There are a few supermarkets for your daily needs. The weekly bazaar on Thursdays is a must see. Also available, banks, ATMs, doctor, pharmacies, and post office.

"We visited Kalkan at the end of May 2010 with our two children aged 5 and 21 months. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The swimming pools were a lovely temperature. The apartment is maintained by an onsite resident manager and his family. They were very welcoming and friendly and there was a real homely atmosphere to this small complex. The owner of the apartment was incredibly helpful; he recommended places to visit, restaurants and even arranged our car hire for us. The rental process was smooth and communications were prompt and efficient. We purchased this apartment in the summer of 2009 and wanted to create a cozy place both for ourselves and for our guests. We love Kalkan and our apartment and would like everyone to enjoy them, too. You will love both Kalkan and our apartment.
