Club Tropicana villa has breathtaking mountain, pine forest & sea views, the perfect location for families or couples who want lazy days away from the crowd, but within walking distance of Hisaronu centre with it's lively bars & restaurants, 5 mins dolmus takes you to the famous Olu Deniz beach or 10 mins dolmus to Fethiye. Club Tropicana benefits from a south facing private pool, stone BBQ & bar area, 6 cushioned sunbeds, 3 umbrellas, tables, fully enclosed gardens with iron gates, private parking & roofed terrace - essential to sit and sip your wine on those alfresco evenings watching the sunset. On the grd floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, toilet, open plan lounge with 3 comfy sofas, satelite TV, recliner, log fire, dining room seating 6. The upper floor consists a walk in shower room, 3 double bedrooms, all with wardrobes, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room & balcony. 2nd bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the pool. Baby pool & 2nd larger pool 14 x 4m as well.

Changeover day
We are flexible. However, generally arrival is after 2pm and departure is 11am to allow for arrival cleans. We will try to accommodate any requests, where possible.

Notes on accommodation
A safe is provided for your valuables. Please ensure you have Travel Insurance as the owners do not accept any liability for any accidents, injuries or damage to yourself or your personal belongings whilst staying in the villa. Strictly no smoking inside of the villa.
Accessibility
The villa is on an incline and not really suitable for disabled people as there are stairs within the property and there are no access ramps for wheelchair users.
Outside
Entrance to the villa is by large a iron gate leading to private secure parking area, the villa is surround by mature gardens with trees and flowers all enclosed by a wall for privacy. Private pool (sole use), Stone BBQ Chimney, bar, 6 sun loungers, tables, umbrellas and patio dining furniture for 6. Outside garden and pool lighting for evenings all on timers.
Coast/Beach
The main beach is Olu Deniz which has the world famous lagoon and it is a protected area due to it's natural beauty.
Golf
There is an 18 hole golf course at Sarigerme near Dalaman airport, which is approx 1hr away.
Skiing
In winter you can ski at Seki, which is approximately 1 hours drive.
Special interest holidays
We have a wonderful view of Babadag Mountain where the World famous paragliders jump off and land on Olu Deniz Beach. Babadag Mountains and pine forest are noted as a good location for bird watchers and walkers. There is a water park nearby in Ovacik, Fun Fair and go-kart tracks in Hisaronu. Walking trails, horse riding all available. We are 5 mins dolmus away from the world famous Olu Deniz beach. With all resorts so close there is something for everyone!
Travel
Dalaman Airport is approx. 1 hour away and the famous Olu Denzie Beach is approximately 5 minutes away by Dolmus. Fethiye is 10 minutes away by Dolmus. We can arrange a private return transfer to collect you from the airport to the villa and this is payable locally when in resort.
Distances
Hisarounu Centre is 10 mins walk, however there are other bars, restaurants just 5 mins from villa. Olu Deniz Beach is 5 mins dolums away. Fethiye harbour is 10 min dolmus away, Calis Beach 20 mins dolumus away, Ghost Village (Kaya Koy) is 15 mins dolmus away.
Further details
There are various supermarkets in Hisaronu - Azda and Migros, which open early to late. There are 2 markets -every Monday in Hisaronu or every Tuesday in Fethiye. There are cash points in Hisaronu and a post office. There are an abundance of excursions locally, from Jeep Safaries, Paragliding and turtle watching all can be reserved in the local town.

To reserve your holiday, please email or telephone owners. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable immediately to secure dates, balance to be paid 8 wks prior to departure along with a refundable £150 breakage deposit, this is refundable within 14 days of your return subject to no breakages. If booking is within 8 wks prior to departure full amount is due upon reserving.
We can organise extra services such as 'welcome packs', 'private transfer' cot/highchair hire all payable locally in resort.

About the owner
We have always taken our holidays in the Caribbean - well until we discovered Turkey, which has everything the Caribbean has to offer but a shorter flying time and much cheaper on the pocket!
We are both George Michael fans - hence the name of our villa 'Club Tropicana'. We are always on the look out for George Michael lookalikes and I'm sure you will agree, Gino (who makes great pizzas), looks the double of him. Say hi from us if you see him wearing our T-shirt!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We went on holiday to Ovacik/Hisaronu and fell in love with all the area had to offer. You can have it as lively or a quiet as you like. Hop on Dolmus (bus) to Olu Deniz Beach or to Fethiye. The location has so much to offer - no 2 days need ever be the same!
Unique benefits of the property
We searched for just over a year to find our ideal holiday home, the views alone swung it for us - stunning mountain views and also a sea view. However, just a 10 min stroll from the Villa & you find lots of bars and restaurants. Every Monday there is a great market - don't see the wife for hours. Tip - take shade in the bar! Just a 5 minute dolmus (bus) takes you to the world famous Olu Deniz Beach where all the paragliders land right in front of you as they jump off the mountain. Ovacik has a small selection of bars and restaurants if you want a quiet evening. We believe we have made our villa the perfect home from home and want all who holiday at Club Tropicana to enjoy and fall in love with Turkey!
