Families or couples who like a spacious villa, 2 families or friends that wish to holiday together, but like having some privacy. Exclusivity offer-to enjoy the luxury of having the pool and grounds all to themselves. Long stay option. In a small welcoming village, with fields and beautiful scenery all around villas. Local people are generous and often offer guests items from their trees or local produce. Near 2 fantastic beaches: Patara and Olu Deniz. Restaurants within 10 mins drive, 35 mins to Fethiye. There is an indescribable tranquillity at the villas.

Check in time 4pm. Check out time 10am. We are flexible with changeover dates but most tend to be on Fridays or Mondays.

Each villa (110sqm) has been built to high specification with amazing stone interior walls. Large master bedroom with en suite facilities including bath. French doors to spacious patio area with view of pool, garden and mountains. 2 good sized twin bedrooms with separate shower/toilet room. Air conditioned master bedroom and living area. Twin bedrooms have freestanding fans. Comfortable open planned living room with separate dining area seating 6 leading to kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, full oven and hob, large fridge/freezer. There are tables and chairs on the covered patio of each villa for outdoor dining. Guests enjoy the outdoor living and eating experience. Turkish mobile phone available for phone calls. Music system and ipod speakers to listen to your own music. TV to watch DVD's (around 30 DVDs to suit everyone). Plenty of family and adult board games to suit all ages. Notes on accommodation
As villas are made of stone they are warmer in Winter and much cooler in Summer, with high ceilings, tiled floors throughout. Solar power heated water.
New for 2007 hydraulic water pressure system fitted to ensure great pressure. Pressure can be really low at times in Turkey. All bed linen and one towel per person are provided. Villas are cleaned at end of your stay. Pool maintained during visit.
Suitable for families and young children above 5 years of age, (we say that as there is no specific children's pool area).
There is plenty of spectacular countryside close to the villas, which can be easily explored on foot or by car. Eagles have been spotted flying in the distance. We would suggest car hire to get the most from this holiday.
Or for a true taste of Turkey travel on the local dolmus buses, a real treat, bus stop at end of road, 2 minutes walk. Buses run regularly into Kemer and then onto Fethiye, please check time of last bus back. There is a taxi man in Kemer.
Accessibility
Villas are on one level with only a few steps onto the covered veranda from the car area.
Villa B has a raised toilet seat. There are 2 handles that suction onto the walls, next to toilet and shower for people who require a little assistance. People can adjust each of the handles for their individual specifications.
Outside
Large landscaped garden area around the fantastic 16m length pool. Guests have spent many enjoyable hours length swimming, playing pool games, snorkelling and enjoying the facilities and much more.
Sun shines on glistening pool all day long.
Sun loungers and umbrellas provided. Lovely stone BBQ.
360 degrees of Mountain Views - truly spectacular. Especially watching the sun rise and set. Telescope to view the multitude of stars that can clearly be seen.
An easel is available for people who would like to paint. Garden landscaped in early 2007 and additional flowers planted in 2008. Fence around the plot so will be safe and secure for children.
Most guests discover the enjoyment of staying around the villas with the wonderful views, peace and quiet. They also love listening to the call for prayers while relaxing by the pool.
Outdoor games include; inflatable football net and ball, giant dart set, water pistols, skittles, plastic tennis set, snorkels and goggles.
Coast/Beach
Spend a day at the most picturesque beach in Turkey at Olu Deniz, with shallow water and beautiful lagoon area (shingle beach). Olu Deniz is used in advertisements for Turkey.
Visit the 12km of protected white sandy beach at Patara. Voted in the best 10 beaches worldwide. It is completely unspoilt, so ideal for everyone a real gem.
Plenty of coastal roads to be explored around the area, Kas to Kalkan has wonderful sea views along the way. Please see website for details and more beaches.
Golf
Country club being developed in Kemer with mini golf, 5 star complex due for completion in 2008/9.
Skiing
A ski resort has started construction about 1 hours drive away, it is not yet scheduled to be open until 2008/9.
Special interest holidays
Villas are surrounded by a number of ranging scenery there could be cornfields, poppy fields, wild flowers, local rivers. Eagles and bee eater birds have been spotted close to villas.
Ideal for people to paint, take photographs. Easel supplied. Designated walking trails in countryside around Fethiye. Kayakoy is good for bird spotting.
Spend a day at sea visiting one of the many islands. Or enjoy the experience of chartering a boat (highly recommended by our guests).

Spectacular Saklikent Gorge, guests have loved to visit, Aqua Park at Calis, fun for all the family. Yakapark and Tlos, archaeological site and relaxing place to eat, where you can 'tickle trout'.
Olu Deniz Air Games Festival in October a spectacular event. Turkish bath - a real treat and your skin feel so great afterwards, 10 pin bowling at Olu Deniz, camel trek or horseriding.
Travel
We are served by Dalaman Airport, transfer 1 hour 20 mins.
We would suggest car hire to get the most from your holiday. Car hire from £27 per day, airport transfer prices from £40 each way.
New service: A stop off at the supermarket can be arranged with transfer. So you can be fully stocked up and then truly relax.

Distances
Ortakoy village, less than 10 mins walk, has a few shops selling basic provisions. A couple of days a week is a kebab stall. Delicious spit roast chicken can be bought from villagers. A small market on Wednesday, for fruit and veg.
Good restaurants within 10/15 mins drive. One on an island between 2 rivers and has fantastic locally caught trout or kofte. You eat your meal sitting over the river. 3 restaurants in Kemer 6 miles come highly recommended. See website for info and pictures.
Further details
The area is surrounded by pine forests and countryside with a stunning mountain backdrop. The quaint town of Kemer has a post office, cash machine, butcher, international phone box, internet cafe, bakers, and some small shops.
3 Great restaurants to choose from -Lokantos, excellent pre-prepared food, will offer take away service. Kemer park by river or Efiniti on top of the hill. All are recommended.
A new supermarket has just opened in Kemer, Tesko, stocking most provisions. An English speaking pharmacist, helped our guests by taking then to the good local doctor and stayed to translate.
A good sized market on Friday with fruit and veg, clothes and souvenirs.
Fethiye, an ancient and bustling town, with magnificent harbour, lovely sea views and wonderful promenade with bars.
Fethiye is a great place to watch the world go by and is only 35 mins drive away. Plenty of restaurants and a variety of shops, with great evening shopping to suit all needs, supermarkets and banks.
The Tuesday daytime market is a must, for a variety of "designer goods", Turkish gifts and fruit and veg market.
You can expect a warm and welcoming Turkish hospitality while shopping, and apple tea is often served while negotiating the price! Prices are very reasonable.
The Hammam Turkish bath is well worth a visit for a true taste of traditional pampering. You will find Turkey to be a very child friendly and safe environment.
Turkish food is highly regarded by many. Dining is regarded as an occasion – unhurried, highly hospitable, and ceremonial! Turkish bread is a staple (local variety called pide. Soups, mezze and salads are plentiful, as are kebabs and kofte.

Please contact Liz, booking forms and terms and condition forms will be sent, once signed, returned and 30% deposit paid final confirmation will be issued.
Balance payment to be paid with £100 breakage/cleaning deposit per villa at least 8 weeks before departure. Breakage/Cleaning deposit will be returned once keys returned to owner and villa checked.
