Prices shown are per villa per week in UK Pounds. For May and September one month stay for £1500- exclusivity offer you will be the only people on site.
Changeover day
Check in time 4pm. Check out time 10am. We are flexible with changeover dates but most tend to be on Fridays or Mondays.

Each villa (110sq.m) has been built to high specification with amazing stone interior walls. Large master bedroom with en suite facilities including bath. French doors to spacious patio area with view of pool, garden and mountains. 2 good sized twin bedrooms with separate shower/toilet room. Air conditioned master bedroom and living area. Twin bedrooms have freestanding fans. Comfortable open planned living room with separate dining area seating 6 leading to kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, full oven and hob, large fridge/freezer and iron. Tables and chairs on the patio to enjoy the outdoor living and dining experience. Covered patio area is shaded from direct sunlight for most of the day. Turkish mobile phone. TV to watch DVDs (around 100 DVDs to suit everyone). Plenty of family board games to suit all ages. A small library of books for everyone to enjoy. Notes on accommodation
As the villas are made of stone they are much cooler in summer, with high ceilings and tiled floors throughout. Air-conditioned master bedroom and living area. All bed linen and one towel per person are provided. Please bring you own beach towels. Villas are cleaned at end of your stay. Solar power heated water. Pool cleaned and garden maintained during your stay. Suitable for families and children above 5 years of age, (as there is no specific children's pool area). 2 day cots available for £20 per week.
Accessibility
The Villas are on one level with only a few steps onto the covered veranda from the car area.
Villa B has a raised toilet seat. There are 2 handles that suction onto the walls, next to toilet and shower for people who require a little assistance. People can adjust each of the handles for their individual specifications.
Outside
Large landscaped garden area around the fantastic 16m length pool. Guests have spent many enjoyable hours length swimming, playing pool games, snorkeling and enjoying the facilities and much more. Sun shines on glistening pool all day long. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas provided. Large outdoor Stone BBQ. 4 cane chairs for you to enjoy the 360 degrees of mountain views - truly spectacular, especially during sunrise and sun set, while sipping your favourite tipple. Garden landscaped and additional flowers planted recently. Fence around the plot so will be safe and secure for children. Most guests discover the enjoyment of staying around the villas with the wonderful views, peace and quiet. They also love listening to the call for prayers while relaxing by the pool. Outdoor games include; full badminton set, plastic tennis set, snorkels and goggles.
Coast/Beach
Spend a day at the most picturesque beach in Turkey at Olu Deniz, with shallow water and beautiful lagoon area (shingle beach). Olu Deniz is used in advertisements for Turkey. Visit the 12km of protected white sandy beach at Patara. Voted in the best 10 beaches worldwide. It is completely unspoilt, so ideal for everyone a real gem.
Calis beach (sandy) also worth a visit. Coastal roads to Kas to Kalkan has beautiful scenery. Please see website for details and more beaches.
Special interest holidays
Villas are surrounded by a number of ranging scenery there could be cornfields, poppy fields, wild flowers, local rivers. Eagles and bee eater birds have been spotted close to villas. Ideal for people to paint, take photographs. Easel supplied. Designated walking trails in countryside around Fethiye. Kayakoy is good for bird spotting. Spend a day at sea visiting one of the many islands. Or enjoy the experience of chartering a boat (highly recommended). There are many places to visit and things to do in the nearby area. Here is a taster - spectacular Saklikent Gorge, guests have loved to visit, river rafting, Yakapark and Tlos, archaeological site and relaxing place to eat, where you can 'tickle trout', Turkish bath - a real treat and your skin feel fabulous, camel trek or horse riding, Aqua Park at Calis, fun for all the family, Scuba diving. Some restaurants have local music and dancing.
Travel
Dalaman Airport transfer time is 1 hr 15 mins. Antalya is about 2.5 hours away. I am happy to give help or guidance on flight info. Please visit our website for flight information. Easyjet have flights from Stansted to Dalaman. We would suggest car hire to get the most from your holiday, price from £20 per day. We would suggest an airport transfer for evening arrivals.
Distances
Ortakoy village, one km, 10 mins walk, has a few shops selling most provisions, open daily. Pharmacy, doctor, barber, internet cafe. A pide (pizza restaurant)a kebab stall a few days a week also tasty food from cafe. A small market on Wed, for fruit and veg.
Good restaurants within 10 mins drive. Oren Park has fantastic locally caught trout or chicken. You eat your meal sitting beside the river. A choice of 3 restaurants and a small supermarket, Tesko, has most provisions in Kemer 6 miles.
Further details
The area is surrounded by pine forests and countryside with a stunning mountain backdrop. The quaint town of Kemer, 6 miles away, has a post office, cash machine, butcher, bakers and some small shops.
3 great restaurants to choose from: Lokantos, excellent pre-prepared food, will offer take away service. Green Park beside the river with good food. Esiniti with great views over Kemer valley, with occasional music events and wide choice of menu. Uzumlu Wine House is owned by friends.
A good sized market on Friday in Kemer with fruit and veg, clothes and souvenirs. A small quad biking area, dodgem cars, 6 trampolines and children's play area with table football and pool table.
Fethiye, an ancient and bustling town, with magnificent harbour, lovely sea views and wonderful promenade. Fethiye is a great place to watch the world go by and is only 35 mins drive away. Plenty of restaurants and a variety of shops, with great evening shopping, supermarkets and banks. Now has McDonalds as well as Burger King. New Tesco supermarket called Kipa. Calis also has plenty of cafes/restaurants on beachfront.
The Tuesday daytime market is a must, for a variety of 'designer goods', Turkish gifts and fruit and veg market. You can expect a warm and welcoming Turkish hospitality while shopping, and apple tea is often served while negotiating the price! Prices are very reasonable.
The Hammam Turkish bath is well worth a visit for a true taste of traditional pampering. You will find Turkey to be a very child friendly and safe environment.
Turkish food is highly regarded by many. Dining is regarded as an occasion – unhurried, highly hospitable, and ceremonial! Turkish bread is a staple (pide). Soups, mezze and salads are plentiful, as are kebabs and kofte.

Balance to be paid with £150 breakage/cleaning deposit per villa at least 8 weeks before departure. Breakage/cleaning deposit will be returned once keys returned and villa checked.

The picturesque postcard views of the mountains each morning were awesome. We very much enjoyed the ruins at Kadakay and early morning walks around the valley.Fethiye is an layback coastal town and was easy to pop in and out of. All in all we had a very relaxed and enjoyable time. We loved laying by the pool in the afternoons and cooking on the BBQ.May
