Notes on accommodation
All rooms and self catering are air-conditioned. Suited to families with children or couples. The bar and restaurant are open to suit you and serve breakfast, lunch and evening meals.We offer a very extensive menu to suit all tastes and a well equipped and licensed bar. We also have specialised evenings such as Sunday Roast, BBQ, Turkish Night and Quiz Night on demand. There is a mini library, pool table, football table. Our rooms are cleaned daily and all linen changed every other day. Safe boxes are available in reception and there is night security on the premises.
Accessibility
We have downstairs self catering apartments which are easily accessible to wheelchairs.
Outside
We have a large swimming pool with a small children's pool at the side surrounded by plenty of cushioned sun lounges.At our pool area is a large old tree which also supplies plenty of shade when you have had enough of the sun and a comfy cushioned platform area to chill on. Next door to us for our male guests is a barber offering a must have Turkish shave an experience not to be missed on your visit to Turkey. To the front of the hotel and restaurant is a nice tabled patio area where you can sit, relax and enjoy a meal as you watch the world go by.
Coast/Beach
The most photographed beach at Oludeniz and the Blue Lagoon are a mere 4km away by dolmus bus which you can stop anywhere outside the front of the hotel. You chose to visit the main beach,sit on the lagoon or further round visit small private beaches where everyone is welcome. All beaches have toilets, bars and restaurants. You can also take advantage of transfer to and from one of the private beaches from our hotel.

We can arrange trips for you either through companies or on a more personal level with Mehmet and his bus.
Travel
The nearest serving airport is Dalaman 45 minutes away,transfers can be arranged to and from Dalaman at competitive rates.
Distances
For all the nightlife you need Hisaronu. It is about a 15 minute walk away passing many places of interest on the way.
Fethiye is out picturesque harbour town and is about 20 minutes on the dolmus. Our area is surrounded by many places of historical interest one being Kaya Village known to the locals as the 'Ghost Town'. This was once inhabited by the Greeks and stands as they left it. It is about a 15 minute car journey away.
Further details
Hisaronu is packed with restaurants from all over the world, bars and many shops with all designer labels available. There are also many supermarkets and cash points. There is a market here on a Monday. Fethiye is where all the main branches of banks are and has many typical quaint Turkish style bars and restaurants and a very large market on a Tuesday. It has many of its own historical points such as rock tombs and amphitheatres.You can also leave Fethiye for the day and island hop around the surrounding bays on Mehmets boat trip boat.
Booking notes
We do ask for a 20% deposit in the UK and the remainder to be paid to us on arrival in resort. In resort we accept sterling, lira or travellers cheques. If you book a transfer to and from Dalaman with us this payment will be due with your accommodation balance.

About the owner
My name is Lisa and I run the Koseoglu Hotel with my husband Mehmet. Mehmet's family were one of the first families in tourism in this region. They began building the Koseoglu 22 years ago with one block of rooms. Over the years they slowly added a self catering block, a pool, a restaurant and bar. I arrived on the scene 16 years ago and decided to extend my holiday, yes I know a bit of a long holiday, and I am still here loving my peaceful laid back life. We married 10 years ago and now have 3 children. We are currently living on site at the hotel as we are having a house built. I cannot begin to list the advantages of living here but the spectacular views, surrounding mountains, long hot days and friendly people are a few.

Why the owner chose a guest house in this location
My husband's family had already been running the Koseoglu for about 6 years before K came along but I can honestly say I cannot fault it's location. İt is in a picturesque area and close to everything. You can sight see, go clubbing, shopping, to the beach or simply laze by the pool. We are close enough to all amenities without being in the main hub of it all.
Unique benefits of the property
We try to maintain our image of a small friendly family run hotel which can offer personal touches that larger hotels cannot. All dolmuses run right outside the hotel so it is very convenient for everything you want from your holiday if you wish to get out and about, or for our more laid back customers our pool area is very large and therefore never feels cramped. We have many customers who have booked with us year after year and İ think that that is the best recommendation for any hotel.
