The apartment is near the village of Ilica close to Side. We had the first choice of apartment on the Four Seasons development so we feel it is the best situated. The apartment is on the top floor (2nd floor) therefore there is no concern about noise from above. Fully air-conditioned, the apartment has clear and unobstructed views over landscape and the Taurus mountains. There are 3 balconies where you can sit and take in the magnificent scenery and experience the beautiful sunrises over your morning coffee. All 3 bedrooms are fitted with twin continental beds (2 x 1m). The Four Seasons has exquisite sculptured gardens and a huge 35 metre swimming pool. There is a small pool and play area for children plus a heated indoor pool/jacuzzi for out of season use. A full size all-weather floodlit tennis court is available free of charge 24/7. A large sauna is available for use all year round as well as a quality fitness gym and table tennis. A Wifi internet access point is situated nearby.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Private door to door transfers from Antalya Airport are bookable on application. The price each way is very reasonable at £35 for 1-4 people or £45 for 5-7 people. The driver will meet you at arrivals with a name board.
Changeover day
Changeover day normally is at the weekend but with some flexibility upon application.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air-conditioning which also provides heating for cooler evenings. There is a children's play area in the gardens. Parking is available on site. The apartment is non-smoking.
Outside
The apartment is surrounded by landscaped gardens. The Four Seasons has a pool bar and a restaurant serving meals and snacks all year round.
Coast/Beach
Only 2.5 km to the nearest beach and 5 km to historic Side with its famous amphitheatre, Roman ruins and beaches.
Golf
15 mins drive to the new Lykia Links championship golf course and 35 mins to the Belek golf complex.
Travel
58km to Antalya airport. Car hire is recommended (please feel free to contact the owner for advice on competitive rates and reliability). Alternatively the Four Seasons operates a free mini bus service for guests providing local travel to the supermarket, historic Side town centre and Kumkoy beach. It also offers a service to Manavgat town centre for the weekly market where there are many bargains to be had. Private airport transfers can be arranged upon application (See notes on prices above).

Further details
Within 5 minutes walking distance to local food shops and weekly local market. Kumkoy and Side have a large selection of restaurants. The local beaches have diving, parasailing, jetskiing, waterskiing and boat trips. Banks are in Side town and Manavgat both 5km away.
You can book many local tours to places like Dolphin Island etc in the harbour area; they are relatively cheap and include a lunch of local produce. You can visit a mosque or Turkish baths if you want to experience the culture or you can go white water rafting, quad biking if you are the more adventurous type. The harbour has many shops selling designer jeans, jewellery, shoes and bags all at much lower costs than the UK- be prepared to haggle! You can visit the Sorgan Forest and go for a camel or horse ride both great fun. You can explore the many historic sites and museum which date back to 6 century BC. There are many places to visit and as Turkey is outside the euro zone, you will find costs much lower cost than Spain or other European resorts. Alternatively, you can just enjoy the facilities at the Four Seasons and just relax.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon confirmation of the booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A returnable damage/security deposit of £100 is also required at the time of booking, subject to return of keys and no damage to the property or contents.
