Wishing well is a small privately owned complex consisting of 8 apartments. The complex is ideally situated 5-10 mins level stroll from all the facilities of Yalikavak village. The many restaurants in Yalikivak have excellent reputations boosting superb fish restaurants along side traditional Turkish restaurants. Food to suit all tastes which benefits from the abundance of fresh local produce which is also currently excellent value for money. Bus and Taxi stations are only a few minutes walk away. A steady 5 - 10 mins stroll away to Bars, restaurants, marina & harbour. Yalikivak market is every Thursday and is only a few minutes walk away.

Accessibility
First floor apartment so would not be suitable for people who have difficulty with stairs.
Outside
Lovely pool with adjoining childrens pool. Very well maintained gardens.
Coast/Beach
Local beach in village only a short walk away. Other beaches are a short drive or can be reached by bus (dolmus).
Golf
Golf course close to Bodrum airport 40mins away. Recently opened golf course between Yalikavak and Bodrum.
Travel
Bodrum airport is 40mins away. Airport transfers & car hire can be organised.
Distances
Yalikavak Market is on Thursdays & is just a short walk from Wishingwell, the fresh produce available is amazing and very good value for money. You can also pick up other bargains Clothes, shoes, bags & linen.
The market rotates around local towns, Bodrum - Fridays and Turgetries - Sat.
There is a local supermarket called Migros just by the Marina, larger supermarkets can be found on the Gundogen road or on the way to Bodrum there is a Kippa (Tesco) & a Metro (Makro)

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Our first ever holiday to Turkey was in 2006, we stayed in Yalikavak and fell in love with it straight away.
We had not planned on buying a property but suddenly found ourselves property hunting. Wishing Well ticked all the right boxes, main one being location.
Our property has only previously been used by family and friends and really is home from home.
We have had some great times since 2006 and have made friends of all different nationalities.
We hope Yalikavak will prove to be a great holiday destination for you.
Unique benefits of the property
The grounds and pool are really lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxed & tranquil.
Properties surrounding the complex are owned by Turkish and other Nationalities and it is a very friendly neighbourhood.
If you want to keep fit, just a couple of minutes away is a Tennis club & Gym. We have done a short term membership for the gym in the past.
The location is just perfect.
