The Villa Beloulou benefits from it own private pool and terrace area, furnished with tables and chairs and a BBQ for al fresco dinning. Spacious open plan living area, with a separate well equipped kitchen area. Three en-suit bathrooms. Two double bedrooms and one twin. A beautiful path and garden run around the outside of the property. As well as the terrace area there is a covered area outside the lounge to shelter from the midday sun. Bedroom one has a balcony suitable for two people. The roof terrace is large enough to sunbath or accommodate all guests seating.

The villa is also available for long and short term let's over the winter period December till April at a reduced rate of £100.00 per week.

| Utility Room: | In the utility room there is an ironing board and iron provided for the use of any guests as well as washing powder. |

Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned before your arrival. The property is then cleaned at the end of each week with linen and towels changed. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is not suitable for children under the age of five or to the elderly or infirm due to steps.
Smoking is welcome in the property as long as guests are careful. There is air conditioning throughout the villa.
Accessibility
This property does not have suitable wheelchair access.
Outside
Out side there is a beautiful covered terrace area with a large iron wrote table and six chairs, perfect for al fresco dinning. A beautiful gated and path run around the property. There is a private pool solely for the use of guests, complete with six sun loungers with cushions and two large parasols to escape the midday sun. There is also a roof terrace perfect for sunbathing with beautiful views of the harbour. Lovely for watching a turkish sunset from.
Coast/Beach
Kaputas beach is a spectacular beach and is only a 5min drive from Kalkan on the picturesque coast road to Kas. The sea here is perfect for swimming and is always beautiful shades of turquoise and blue. Not far east of the beach is the famous blue cave, seals have been sighted here which is quite rare in the Mediterranean.
Travel
Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost (£50) The transfer from Dalaman takes slightly over an hour.
However if you choose to fly in to Anatalya the transfere time is nearer to two hours. if you are intending on doing alot of traveling to far away destinations for sightseeing than we recommend that you hire a car, if you are looking for a more centralized holiday with the villa as your base then the public transport is very adequate with a lot to do within walking distance.
Distances
The old fishing town of Kalkan is a 10 minute walk from the villa.
Further details
In kalkan there are supermarkets, the largest of these being Tesco's. It is situated on the main road into Kalkan. Just up the road from Tesco's is the Yali store. This store is the closest to the villa. There are markets available on different days in different locations. The largest market in the area is at Fethiye on Tuesdays. Kalkan's market is on Thursdays and is situated on the left hand side as you walk down in the Kalkan. Kas has a market on Fridays. The best prices are usually in Fethiye.
Sports facilities are available at Club Patara for a fee. These include tennis swimming and water sports. Scuba diving is available at Kalkan Diving Centre at Kalamar Beach club (15 min walk from the villa) also available at Kalamar Beach Club are jetskis, ringos and banana rides, there is also a water trampoline and you can try your hand at waterskiing. Paragliding, mountain biking and sea kayaking are available in Kas through Bougainville travel. Please speak to Karyn for details and she can help to arrange activities for you during your stay.
Money and travellers cheques can be changed at banks or post offices. Banks are open Monday-Friday. The post office is open 7days a week from 09.00 till midnight.
Booking notes
On confirmation of your booking you will receive a booking form which should be sent together with a deposit cheque for 25% of the rental value. The balance is due 8 weeks before you start your holiday, together with a damage deposit cheque for £150.00. The damage deposit cheque will be returned to you within two weeks of you returning from your holiday, providing that no undue damage has been done to the villa.

The owner of the villa is a Mr Stephen Waters. He is a businessman running three successful business's. Being a very busy businessman, Mr Waters has entrusted the running of the booking side of this business to Sarah. The booking contact in England, and Karyn your contact whilst your are holidaying in Turkey. Between them they hope to provide you with the best possible service to make your holiday more enjoyable.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Mr Waters purchased this property so that he could have a holiday home to retreat to to unwind from his stressful business life with his family. Mr waters and his family love the location due to the lovely restaurants in Kalkan, they all enjoy fine dinning which is not in short supply in Kalkan. Having two very sporty children, the villa is perfectly situated for the children to enjoy all types of water sports whilst Mr Waters and his wife relax on the beach, knowing that the children are being well looked after.
