The villas stand in private, peaceful, landscaped communal gardens and boasts a 8m x 12m swimming pool, a splash pool, outside shower, toilet facility and laundry sink. Literally around the corner is a vibrant area full of bars, shops, hotels and other amenities which, unlike other areas in Side, are open year round. Side Central/old town is a few minutes away on the local dolmus bus. Side is a great place and can fulfill all your holiday requirements. 300 days of sun, sand, sport -and sea - of course! Excellent beaches, plenty of night-life, plenty for the shopper - especially jewellery and clothes. Historically fascinating and romantic, you can wander through the Roman ruins at will. A 5-10 minutes ride on the local dolmus mini-bus takes you to Side central and the wilder east beach. There are so many trips on offer and for a change, the nearby Torus mountains and lakes are well worth exploring. It really is an ideal location.

All towels and bedding are provided. The apartment is cleaned before and after your visit. Should you require additional maid service during your visit we can arrange this for you, This will cost an extra £35 per session and is payable to our local agent. |

Our aim is to provide you with a quality, comfortable base to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Our local agent is British and speaks fluent Turkish and is very reliable. A welcome pack i.e. sugar, tea, coffee, milk, bread, toilet rolls, orange juice, water, butter, cornflakes, etc is available if wanted as an optional extra. Please request when booking. Airport transfers are available and can be organized at the time of your booking. Per party will cost £65 per return and is payable to our local agent in Side.

Further details
There are so many trips on offer and for a change, the nearby Torus mountains and lakes are well worth exploring. Front and rear balconies have some views of the nearby sea and of the mountains 30 mins away. Open countryside is only a 5 mins walk away.
The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing balcony, panoramic and interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
In our apartment you will find a helpful guide to both our apartment facilities and the surrounding areas, including beaches, brochures for local attractions and surrounding areas. This will have as much information as we can provide to help you make the most of your time there.
We have even provided a box of children's board games!
Pets are not welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balconies.
The communal pool is shared by only 16 apartment blocks and there are outside covered changing room/shower and toilet facilities.
It really is an ideal location.

'We enjoyed a comfortable week in this lovely apartment. It was clean, well cared for and fairly quiet. The pool and pool area were well maintained. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but only a short walk (one minute) to shops and restaurants. The lovely sandy beach was also only a 5-7 minute walk away. The agent at the hotel next door was very welcoming and extended invitations to attend/join in with the activities run at the hotel. There are a lot of archaeological sites around the local area Side (see-day) is very busy but very romantic at sunset by the harbour. We walked there along the beach which took about 30 minutes - though the dolmus (buses) are very frequent and just a short walk from the apartment. We hired a car for 3 days and travelled up into the mountains, we also went to Belek (lots of golf courses and 2 great beaches) about 20 minutes drive away and is a quieter area. We were very pleased with our holiday and would heartily recommend this apartment.

I have always felt extremely relaxed there living a slow pace of life, enjoying the numerous activities on offer.Apart from amazing beaches,the beautiful boat trips are a must,white water rafting is exhilarating and the market in Manavgat is so cheap for fresh fish and vegetables etc Otherwise to eat out is less than cheap.!
Side is less known than other resorts on the Turquoise coast, it's steeped in history with the roman ruins and amphitheater and picturesque harbor with the romantic Temple of Apollo that must be seen at sunset.The apartment is unusually well equipped as we make our own fresh coffee and cook every day.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is unusually well equipped as we are particular and enjoy home cooked food occasionally. We imported good pans and cafetiere etc.(If you like good coffee then bring your own!)The fridge is a large one,so you can store plenty of water.The balconies are perfect for those times to relax with a book sunbathe and chat.
You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes and enjoy a longer walk into Side itself.Another big plus is that the pool is a decent size for swimming and the complex is small so there's never more than a handful of people around it.For basics supplies there is a mini-market just down the road,and a number of restaurants to choose from only 5 mins away.There is a very good mini bus service from the main road into town and the main bus station approx. every 10 mins.
