Golden Park a brand new 2 bed ground floor apartment set in beautiful grounds on a complex. The complex has 2 pools, a pool side bar, restaurant and a small shop selling basics. Planned for 2006 is a kick about area for the kids and a weekly Turkish night with BBQ. The apartment itself is of good size and very light and airy with a generous patio area. Altinkum’s largest supermarket is a 5 or 6 min walk away which sells just about everything. The historic ruins at the Temple of Apollo are about 3 miles away and can be reached by either by foot or the frequent dolmus (minibus) at the cost of just a few pence. The resort of Altinkum with its long sandy beaches is about a 10 min walk away or the complex offers a free shuttle service. The resort boasts plenty of bars and restaurants. Excursions can be arranged easily and cheaply at the resort ie. boat trips, Ephesus, Pammukale and many more. A new water park has been completed in 2005.

| Other: | Also provided is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Large patio area with table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. The long hall way has a chest of drawers for all your extra bits and bobs. |

Outside
1 huge swimming pool with jaccuzzi, children's pool, another slightly smaller pool providing a quieter area to sit. Poolside bar and restaurant. All sun louners are provided by either pool. Gardens are all beautifully maintained. The patio area is half shaded and half open and provided is a large table and 6 chairs.
Coast/Beach
A 10 min walk to the Golden Sands of Altinkums 1st Beach or a free shuttle bus is provided. Altinkum has 3 beaches all of which have beautiful golden sand. 1st beach being the largest and main beach, 2nd and 3rd beach are smaller and quieter. A variety of water sports are available on 1st Beach as are plenty of bars and restaurants.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bodrum which is roughly 1 hour 15 mins away. All transfers can be at an extra cost of about £10 - £15 per person each way. Izmir Airport is about 1½ - 2 hours transfer time.
Distances
The resort centre is roughly 10 mins stroll away. A 10 min stroll in the other direction will take you to Didim where you can experience the bustling, friendly atmosphere of this Turkish town and see Turkish life in all its glory. The historic temple of Apollo is about 3 miles away and is well worth a visit. The large water park is a short distance away and offers a free bus service. Excursions to the historic sites of Turkey can be organised in the resort centre ie Ephesus, Pammukale etc.
Further details
The large supermarket Gima is a few mins stroll away offering a selection of English and Turkish food and providing everything you will need for the perfect holiday. English money can be used in any of the supermarkets and most of the shops or restaurants will change currency for you. If you prefer there are a number of banks around. The main beach provides numerous water sports.
Booking notes
A £50 booking deposit is required with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. A £60 security deposit will also be required and will be refunded on your return to the UK.
