Changeover day
Monday is our usual change over day however this can be flexible by prior arrangement.

| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery/utensiles/crockery/pots & pans. Gas hob & electric oven, full height fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, toaster & kettle. |
| Living Rooms: | Open plan living area, CD player, games, 2 single sofa/day beds with full size single mattresses. French doors out onto garden and double doors within the huge atrium windows open onto the poolside. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen is provided except beach towels. Maid service is every day to make beds and take away rubbish. A change of linen is done twice a week and the house is cleaned once a week. |

Because of Olive Tree's elevated position and open spiral staircase the property may not be suitable for very small children or the infirmed.

Outside
Olive Tree is set within it's own garden and terrace area with a covered dining terrace and BBQ. Sunbeds and parsols are provided. The villa has it's own private freshwater plunge pool which is approximately 16ft long, 14ft wide and 5ft 6ins deep.
Coast/Beach
Kalkan's man made beach is a short 10 minute walk. Patara Beach which is reported to be one of the best beaches in the world with it's 18kms of fine white sand is a 15/20 minute car/bus (19km)ride away. While the small Kaputas Beach set in a cove has the loveliest emerald / blue sea is an approx. 10/15 minutes drive (6km).
Travel
Dalaman is the nearest airport served by most of the UK charter companies and Turkish Airlines via Istanbul. It is approx. 1 1/2 hours drive to Kalkan. There is a new tunnel which cuts down driving time and costs TLire 2.50. Car hire is not necessary but recommended.
Distances
Kalkan village is a 10 minute walk away. The nearest town, Kas, is a 40 minute drive.
Further details
Kalkan is a very upmarket place with excellent restaurants, delightful shops a smart marina and is within easy access to numerous historic sights. It has 2 banks and Bureau du Change at the post office.
