Our spacious apartment is on a new complex perfectly situated within a short walk to the best beach in Altinkum (3rd beach) and also 2 further beaches within easy walking distance. Altinkum means "golden sand" and when you see them you will know why. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in Altinkum to chose from. The complex itself has some of the best facilities in Altinkum. It has a large outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols-childrens pool-jacuzzi-gymnasuim-restaurant/bar-mini supermarket-small childrens play area-24hr security-ornate gardens with palm and banana trees. The complex is expected to receive a 5* rating when it goes through its assessment later this year. The apartments are large and spacious and built to a high standard with quality features, including, marble work surfaces and internal staircases, double glazing, charming architectural covings with sunken spot lights.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and Euros. These prices are flexible, discounts will be given for booking 2 weeks together or if you want to stay longer. Special offers are also available.
Long term rental - starting from £75 per week.

Changeover day
Times in and out of the apartment are as follows, however we will be as flexible as possible depending on other bookings. This can been arranged nearer your holiday.

Notes on accommodation
Our accommodation is suitable for both couples and families alike. We have tried to cater for everyones needs and have included extra items for families with children. ie: safety mat, plastic cutlery, toys, booster chair, travel cot etc.

Outside
The apartment shares facilities with the other residents, the daily cleaned and maintained pool and sunbathing terraces are equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There are ornamental gardens, small childrens play area, gym, outdoor children’s and adults pool, Jacuzzi, onsite laundry facilities, restaurant and bar(closed until further notice May 09), mini shop selling a few basic essentials. The outdoor facilties are seasonal (May to Oct).

Coast/Beach
Less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 10 minutes walk to the main resort beach. Going in the other direction, a 10 minute walk to the best beach in Altinkum (3rd beach). The main resort with plentiful bars, shops and restaurants are also a 10 mintue walk.

Travel
Bodrum 1 hour 15 mins, Izmir 1½ hour. Taxi's are readily available at the airport, you can also arrange private transfers to and from the apartment, starting at £80 return for 4 people. Take advantage, book your flights early, there are some great deals around. Example prices: From cheapflights.co.uk Depart 7 May 2009, for 7 nights to Bodrum £139 return. Newsflash Easyjet have just announced they now are flying to Bodrum. Fab deals available, remember Turkey don't use euros!

Due to the fantastic location of our apartment car hire is not essential.

Further details
There are 2 small shops within 2 mintues walking distance selling your basic needs. Within a 20 min walk there are 3 large supermarkets, banks, restaurants, shops and boutiques. There are plenty of restaurants both at the sea front and in Altinkum/Didim town. There is a fab market on Saturdays in old Didim. Minibuses run every 5 mins and will take you just about anywhere. There is so much to see and do in the area.

Booking notes
Deposit - We require £100 booking deposit which is non refundable. Balance - The balance will become due 8 weeks before departure. The directions and any other information you may require will be sent to you when the balance is received in full. A £100 refundable security deposit will be required when the balance is due.
