Villa ebohora is a holiday villa in Turkey near Oludeniz, and Fethiye. Enjoy lazing by the private pool, walking through the ruins of ghost town or swimming at Oludeniz beach. Villa Ebohora is a family holiday villa and situated in the small hamlet of keciler, which is in the beautiful valley of Kayakoy, 8km from the historic market town of Fethiye and Oludeniz in Southern Turkey. It is approximately one hour's journey from Dalaman airport.

Notes on prices
Rentals for 2012 are per week and based on 8 person.
If you would like to have Dalaman- villa - Dalaman transfers add (£100) for a car hire please add (£ 150 per week) to the rental cost.
To secure the booking you pay 50% or £500 (which is the smallest) deposit. It is inclusive of: changing bedding, towels, and cleaning the villa once a week, maintaining the swimming pool, electric, bottle gas, water and welcome pack. Beach towels are provided.
Changeover day
Change over day is flexible, check-out is 10-11am. Check-in 4pm.

| Living Rooms: | The living room is open plan, double height with a chimney. It has two large sofas, one of which is also a double sofabed, Satellite TV with english language channels, Playstation 2, DVD player, board games, backgammon, books etc. |
| Other: | The upstairs bedrooms are en-suite rooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room and shower and wc. The other ensuite have a double and a single beds and bath/shower, wc and both have AC units. The 2 ground floor bedrooms have twin beds. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and bed linen are provided and are changed once a week. The villa is cleaned once a week. Beach towels are supplied as well. We can arrange daily light cleaning at a cost. |

Notes on accommodation
Villa is suitable for all ages. Only upstairs rooms have air-condition units (you only need them 20 days in July and august). But there are mobile fans if needed. Villa Ebohora has wireless internet and a desktop PC. Playstation 2 and some games, DVD player with some selection of blockbusters films ( it proved handy when midday sun too hot for children).
Accessibility
There is a wheelchair access to the ground floor and wheel chair can move around in the ground floor rooms and patio.
Outside
Villa ebohara is situated in it's own large grounds, with a garage and number of fruit trees, some of which have been planted in the last year and are not yet mature. A feature has been made of an ancient olive tree, with planting and seating under it and around it to make a shady place to read and dream. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and 1.65m deep throughout. But no shallow end. Surrounding the swimming pool area are a number of comfortable sun loungers with cushions and sun umbrellas.
Coast/Beach
Oludeniz beach, and fethiye are 7km from the villa. If you like boat trips, paragliding, parascending, diving, walking, mud bath, historic places they are all available there. More detailed info on our web site.

Paragliding, rafting, tracking available at the reagion. (Lycia path goes to the Kas)
Travel
Villa Ebohora is approximately one hour's journey from dalaman airport (54km). Our guests say a car hire is 'must'. There are two bikes at the villa and you welcome to use them. But using them is at your own risk.
Distances
There are many places of interest near to kayakoy, they are Oludeniz, Patara beach, Tlos, Letoon, Dalyan, Saklient gorge where the water runs down from the mountains and Kekova. It is best to hire a car to make best of the region. They are all in an hour driving distance. More details on our web site.
Further details
The village shops have basic food items including bread, butter, milk, cheese, salami and canned and packet goods, but they do not stock fresh meat or fish. In fethiye there are two big supermarkets – migros is the best and is located on the main road near the road leading to olu deniz. Coufer is slightly smaller and is on the seafront next to the marina and also smaller migros and azda just opened in hisaronu (3km). There is wireless for internet free to use.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% or £500 required when booking (which one is the lowest), the balance will be paid 8 week before from your departure date and refundable £150 security deposit will be charged when you arrived to the villa and paid you back when you leaving the villa subject to inspection of the villa.

About the owner
My name is Ibrahim and I live in London with my wife Karen and teenage son Jamie. I am Turkish and from Istanbul. I met my wife Karen on holiday in Turkey and we have now been married for over 21 years. Our long term aim is to retire to Turkey and we decided in 2000 to build our villa in Kayakoy on the Mediterranean cost of Turkey.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
My wife and I fell in love with Kayakoy when we visited in 1996. We desided to buy some land in Kaya a few years later and eventually found our perfect spot. We built a house in the traditional style, using local stone and Sedir wood.
Kayakoy is the perfect spot peaceful and still unspoilt but with easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Med, bars and restaurants of Hisaronu, Oludeniz and the bustling town and the marina at Fethiye.
Unique benefits of the property
Our villa has a great mix of being away from it all but also having lots of activities and larger towns nearby if you want a bit more action. Like scuba diving, paragliding, horse riding, boat trips rural life, tracking, bird watching etc.
It is full of character blends with landscape. Very large garden with the olive and fruit trees and private not overlooking swimming pool.
We provide everything you will need for a perfect holiday fully equipped kitchen, and beach towels, umbrellas.
And it is just less than an hour car journey away from Dalaman airport.
