2 Bedroom Seafront Apartment in the popular location of Calis Beach. The ground-floor apartment has a shared pool and gardens, with a large wrap-round balcony overlooking the pool and Fethiye Bay. The master bedroom also has its own balcony and views out to the sea. The apartment is set in a peaceful area on the seafront, yet just metres from all amenities. There is a supermarket, bus-stops, a bar and a restaurant within 200 metres of the apartment, while the Beach, Water Park, and all the Beachfront Restaurants and Bars are all just 5 minutes walk away. Fethiye is a 10 minute bus (dolmus) ride away, with its bustling harbour, shops, boat trips and history. Ancient Lycian Tombs and the Ampitheatre, sit next to pavement cafes and waterfront promenades for the days when you don't fancy the beach.

Accessibility
Apartment is ground floor, with level access inside the apartment, but does have approx 4 steps up to the front door.
Outside
The apartment has a large wrap-round balcony overlooking the pool that gets the sun all day, with a BBQ built in.
The gardens and pool are shared between the 10 apartments in the complex.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 5 minutes walk away, the sea is just 30 metres from the balcony.
Calis Beach is a long sandy beach - very popular with holiday makers. All of the local bars, restaurants, shops, travel agencies and bus drivers speak English.
Travel
Nearest Airport is Dalaman which is approx 45 minutes by car. Car hire is available at the airport or locally, but is not needed. Airport transfers can be arranged with our local agent as required. Once at the apartment, all amenities can be reached on foot, and the bus stop for buses to Fethiye or Calis is just 100 metres from the door.

Beach / Bars / Restaurants - 500 metres. Supermarket / Bus Stop - 100 metres. Fethiye - 3 Km. Oludeniz - 10 Km approx.
Booking notes
A £50 per week non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to your intended arrival date. We prefer payment by Paypal, but payment by BACS is also welcomed.
A Security Deposit of £100 is payable with your final payment. This will be returned within 10 days of your return less any costs incurred during your stay (lost keys, damages).

We had a wonderful two weeks at your apartment. Where the apartment is situated it is great for travelling to Fethiye, Olundeniz and Calis. We felt that we had the best of both worlds. The lovely very large balcony that we liked to sit out at night and listen to the water lap in the bay. Total silence and so relaxing but if we wanted lively just a 10 minute walk and we were on the seafront. Definitely see you next year if you will have us back. Heather

About the owner
We are Gary and Ann Gammage. We live in Bristol and have two grown-up boys, the youngest of which is at University. We have fallen in love with Turkey and spend as much time as we can there. We now have 3 properties for rent (TK2184) (TK2272) and (TK1706) so that we can spend even more time in this beautiful country.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
On our first visit we fell in love with this area of Turkey. It has everything you could possibly want from a holiday area - stunning scenery, fabulous climate, history, friendly people, and most importantly for us - sea, boats and diving. When we found our apartment, we felt that it was perfect! We prefer to walk or take public transport rather than rent a car, so it had to have level easy access to all amenities, an easy stroll home from the restaurants and bars, a supermarket nearby, easy access to the dolmus (local buses that run every couple of minutes and cost pennies), and uninterrupted views of the sea. The pool and gardens give plenty of space to relax in, and the small number of apartments in the complex means you are never crowded.
Unique benefits of the property
The apartment has a large parking area to the side, which all guests can use. Everything you need can be reached within a few minutes, by foot or by dolmus - beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Local Attractions include a Water Park, Fethiye harbour with 12 island boat trips, Lycian Tombs, Ampitheatre, Sakklikent Gorge, Oludeniz beach and the Blue Lagoon.
