Notes on accommodation
Please note bedroom 3 is not air-conditioned but benefits from the rest of the villa being fully air-conditioned and also has a powerful fan, if required.
Accessibility
Easy access both on foot or by car.
Outside
Wrought iron gates to entrance. This villa is suitable for children and pool has shallow and deep ends with steps and ladder to enter 'pool. There is a very nice garden surrounding this detached property.
Gardens all around property. Full length, covered veranda.
Hard standing for car. Private pool just for residents of this villa. Mesh screens to all windows and outside doors.4 good quality sunloungers provided.
Coast/Beach
15-20 minute pleasant walk through forest area to seafront, beaches, restaurants, shops etc. There are two mini-marts just a couple of minutes away.
Golf
I understand a new course at Sarigerme (Near Dalaman airport/35 mins drive from Gocek) is about to open but I do not have confirmation of this yet.
Travel
Dalaman airport is just 25 minutes drive away. Gocek is not on the flight paths. Car hire is not essential and transfers can easily be arranged as can car hire, if required.
Distances
Fethiye is 35 minute drive. Dalyan is 45 minute drive. Airport 25 minute drive.
Further details
Several banks, many restaurants, boat hire etc are all available in Gocek.
Booking notes
Contact me and I will forward a booking form. A deposit of £200 will be requested with final payment 8 weeks before departure. Deposit fully returnable once my manager gives me the 'all clear.'
Guest comments
I have a 'visitors book' in the villa and all the comments have been extremely complimentary but the book is in Turkey so I cannot give you precise comments.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Originally thought of buying in Cyprus but was invited to crew a yacht out of Gocek. First time I had been to Turkey & fell in love with the beauty of Gocek & the islands of Gocek Bay. The people are genuinely friendly towards us ,the restaurants are of a high standard & the food is superb. Everything is immaculate & strict rules are enforced to keep the sea unpolluted. You can safely drink the tap water. My criteria was to buy a property within 4 hours flying time. Dalaman is inside that criteria. Modern airport so no hanging around & the roads are good. An important consideration is that you are under half an hours drive from Dalaman Airport which is SO important if you have spent a long day getting to Turkey on the first day of your holiday.
Unique benefits of the property
The most important thing,for me, is that 'Cekers' is south of the by-pass so no busy road to cross and it is not up the very steep hill north of the by-pass. It is down a lane where there are only 5/6 villas, so very private. It has a walled garden with lots of lovely plants, fruit trees etc. It is a very nice, gentle walk through the pine forest into the village. There are 2 mini-marts very close by in case you have forgotten the ice cream! Lovely veranda for Pimms o'clock, overlooking the pool which looks particularly nice in the dark with the pool lights on. Wild tortoise often seen close by. My manager Turker & Merryem my cleaner only look after two villas so you get a very personalised service. Turker is an Oracle and they are both so helpful. Every visitor is happy with them.
