Our Villa is set a minute or two's walk outside of the beautiful village of Uzumlu. It has stunning views that look over the village and far beyond to the mountain range which you will enjoy whilst sunbathing round the villa's own private pool. The villa is equipped with all amenities to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Changeover day
The departure time from the villa is normally 11.30am at the latest. However if we do not have any guests arriving the same day we may be able to allow a later departure. This is to be discussed at time of booking.

| Living Rooms: | The living room has 3 full size sofa's a television and DVD player and a stereo. We have also have a variety of books, films and CDs. |
| Other: | The dining room has a large table and chairs for inside dining but also out on the terrace overlooking the pool and stunning views there is another table and chairs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided and can be changed weekly at an extra cost. Each room will have towels laid out and every bed will be made up for your arrival. |

Accessibility
This Villa would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
Outside
Outside there is a garden with various local plants. shrubs and trees. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and cushions, mini tables to put your well earned drink on. There is also a barbecue for your use.
Coast/Beach
The beach most famous in this area is Olu Deniz and it is approximately 25 minutes drive away from the villa.
But you can also catch the public transport in the village which will take you there.
Travel
Dalaman in the nearest airport approx 45 minute drive.
We can arrange transfers or car hire for you.
Distances
The nearest village is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. It is a traditional Turkish village and has a couple of restaurants a wine bar and a few local grocery shops.
Booking notes
NEW Prices for 2012. Please make sure all travellers have adequate travel insurance.
A 25% deposit is required when booking, which in non refundable the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday. A £250 breakages deposit is also required when balance is due, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory inspection).

About the owner
I live in England with my husband and two children. We went to Turkey (uzumulu) in 2005 and fell head over heels in love with the place.
I am a house wife and my husband runs a childrens softplay centre.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the land in Uzumlu after a family holiday in a near by villa. All of us loved the peace and quiet it offered but we were still in easy reach by car of all activities and amenities that Turkey has to offer.
A year later we had our own villa built and have never looked back or regretted our decision. We still holiday every year at the villa and are still taken back by the beauty of the location.
Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy the peace and quiet of the villa, but we also enjoy going down into the village were the locals are so friendly and make you so welcome.
The short drive takes you in to the harbour town of Fethiye which has lovely harbour front cafe's and eating houses.
