This very spacious penthouse apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area, being 10 mins walk to town and 5-10 mins walk to 4 beaches. Fabulous sea views from 3 rooms. The apartment block consists of 12 apartments sharing a resident's pool with a children's section. This brand new secure property with intercom system, built on 2 floors and is furnished to a very high standard, including air/con and mosquito screens throughout. TV,large Jacuzzi bath and safe are also included. There are 2 large balconies and a very spacious shaded sun terrace with a brick BBQ, all of which allows observation of the pool. All windows are double glazed. Transfers from all airports can be arranged, all we need is your flight details. Our local representative who will be on hand throughout your stay, will meet and greet you at the apartment and also provide you with a welcome pack.

Air conditioning used for heating during cooler months. There are also two very comfortable folding beds which can be used in any of the rooms. High chair and cot available to hire for £10 a week on request only. We do not ask for a damage deposit, but please report/replace any damaged items to our local representative This is a non smoking apartment.

Outside
Shared outside pool, young children's section, seating area, can be observed from 2 balconies and the sun terrace. Gardens and pool area are illuminated at night.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 x large resort beaches within 10 mins walk away, offering the full host of water activities, bars and restaurants. Closer are 2 x smaller, quieter beaches with a couple of restaurants. There are also daily boat trips to Bodrum from the harbour.

Bodrum is the nearest Airport, being 1 hour 20 mins away. Izmir Airport is 2 hours way. Transport to and from the airports can be arranged all we need are your flight details or taxis are available at both. Local mini-bus service is frequent to all areas and the local taxi service is reliable.
Distances
All local areas of interest are within walking distance or a short bus ride away eg: Temple of Apollo, Aqua park and Markets 15 minutes ride away. Harbour and town centre 10/15 minutes walk away Ephesus and Pammukale can be booked in Altinkum.

In the vicinity of the property is a well established hotel which allows full use of their facilities, eg: Turkish Baths, Beauty Salon, shopping, restaurants and bars. There's also a small shop which sells essentials.
