This modern 2 bedroom villa boasts spectacular views across Kalkan Bay to the mountains beyond. It is located in the quiet, residential area of Kisla, less than 100m from the sea. It has a large outdoor space which is perfect for relaxing and al-fresco dining. Inside, the villa has a bright, airy feel enhanced by the open plan ground floor which includes a living room, contemporary kitchen/diner and downstairs cloakroom. The first floor comprises a double and twin bedroom, each with its own modern bathroom and access onto a large west facing balcony to the front of the property. There is a twin seat sofa on the balcony which looks out across the bay - the perfect spot for watching some of Kalkan's spectacular sunsets.

Notes on prices
Prices for Olive Tree Villa are per week, sleeping up to 4 adults. A 25% deposit is payable at time of booking. The balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before departure. For late bookings, 100% payable at time of booking.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Earliest check-in time 4pm and latest departure time 10am, although a later check-out may be possible (subject to subsequent bookings).

Accessibility
The villa has steps leading to main entrance and does not have wheel chair access.
Outside
Sliding patio doors from the living room lead to the attractive outside space. The large pool terrace has sunloungers, parasol and an outdoor dining table which overlooks the private infinity pool. The pool measures 5m x 3m and is 1.5m deep. There are fantastic views from the terrace looking out to sea across the bay to the montains beyond. To the rear of the property there is a large brick built barbecue. The outside space is further enhanced by a west facing balcony which runs along the front of the property which is accessible from both bedrooms.
Coast/Beach
There are numerous beach clubs around Kalkan bay, most offering light snacks and refreshments in addition to the usual sunlounger hire. There are two beach clubs less than 2 minutes walk from the villa. Kalkan itself has a modest pebbled beach next to the harbour. The stunning turquoise cove at Kaputas is 10 minutes drive away and the fabulous 18km sandy beach at Patara is 20 minutes drive, bus services operate to both of these.
Travel
The closest airport is Dalaman which is approximately 90 minutes drive from the villa. Several local companies offer a transfer service which we can book on your behalf. Although car hire is not essential, there is no doubt that hiring a vehicle for a day or two will allow you to make the most of this fascinating area by exploring further afield. Again, we can arrange car hire through a local firm on your behalf.
Distances
Kalkan town centre with its extensive range of restaurants, bars and shops is approx 2.5km from Olive Tree Villa. This equates to a 30 min walk, 5 min drive or 10 mins by water taxi service which runs from the nearby beach club. There are also ample taxis available if required. Kisla itself has a small general store and cafe in addition to the beach club serving basic meals. For a more substantial dining experience, two excellent restaurants are 5 minutes walk from the villa.
