This fabulous, spacious, 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 people. It is approximately 45 minutes drive through lovely mountains from Dalaman airport. There are bars/restaurants and a supermarket adjacent to the apartment and it is approximately 10 minutes walk to the main shops, beach, bars and restaurants. Air-conditioning has been installed throughout and all windows and doors have fly screens fitted. There is an infinity style communal swimming pool and children's pool filled from 1st May to 31st Oct. Sun loungers are provided. The swimming pool has underwater lighting which automatically switches on in the evening. There is a large shaded veranda overlooking the swimming pool and sun deck. The veranda can be accessed from the living room or bedroom number one. Daily pool maintenance and regular garden maintenance is provided. The hot water is heated by solar panels or electric water heater in the Winter. Maid service including laundry and linen/towel changing is provided weekly.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK pounds.
Although prices have been quoted as weekly rates, bookings for part weeks are acceptable and the daily rental will be calculated at one seventh of the weekly rate.
Changeover day
There is no particular changeover day but the apartment is reserved from 2pm on arrival day and check out is 12 midday on the day of departure. If check in before 2 pm or check out after 12 midday is required, it will be charged at half of the daily rate.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the ground floor. The living room and bedrooms have remote controlled, very quiet, split air-conditioning units. The air-conditioners have built in warm air heaters that can be used if the weather turns cold. There is a 16" screen DVD and CD player. The windows have attractive wrought iron security bars and there is an anti-intruder alarm in the living room. There is a fire extinguisher and there are smoke alarms in the living room and bedrooms. There is a safe for security of your valuables.
Accessibility
The apartment is located on a tarmac road and there is plenty of room for parking. There are some steps up to the front door and a small step to the pool deck.
Outside
The gardens are lovely with plenty of grassed areas planted with banana trees, palm trees, bougainvilleas and other exotic trees and plants. The garden has pedestrian access from the side road which is suitable for parking and gives immediate access to the front door of the apartment. There is also an access gate which takes you straight onto the main road between Calis and Fethiye where you will be able to catch the local taxis and buses. The infinity style swimming pool is of a good size and there is a children's pool as well. There is an outdoor shower on the pool deck. The pool deck stays in sunshine most of the day. There is a large shaded veranda with table and chairs suitable for dining or simply getting out of the sun. There is a full sized barbecue available for outside parties.
Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment and stretches for miles. The sand is of a coarse shingly nature which is easy to brush off the skin. The evening sunsets are famous and can be observed while eating or drinking in any of the numerous bars and restaurants along the esplanade. There is a cool breeze that blows off the sea which keeps you cool on warm summer evenings. The famous beach and lagoon at Olu Deniz can be visited using the free bus service provided for guests.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approximately 45 minutes drive away, through lovely mountain scenery with ocean views. There are third party companies that will provide airport transfers, whose details can be provided under no obligation to the owner. Alternatively, car hire is available, although not essential because there are plenty of cheap local buses and taxis.
Distances
Calis centre for cash machines, shops, bars and restaurants is 500 metres. Fethiye town centre for major shopping, more bars, more restaurants and boat trips is 6.5k. Fethiye Tuesday market is 5.5k. Calis Sunday market is 300m. There is a good supermarket right next door to the apartment development.
Further details
There are many places of interest within striking distance of the apartment. Saklikent gorge, Tlos ruins, Yakapark, Kayakoy ghost village, Gocek harbour, Dalyan mud baths. Kalkan harbour and various boat trips are all outings that can be done on day trips. Going further afield and probably requiring overnight stays are Pamukkale/Hierapolis, Ephesus and the Greek island of Rhodes (which takes 90 minutes by hydrofoil). Other popular resort towns on the Aegean coast are Marmaris, Bodrum and Kusadasi. There is no form of third party insurance for the apartment. All tenants, their families, guests and other third parties therefore enter the apartment at their own risk, they should exercise due care in these circumstances and should make their own personal insurance arrangement if desired. Therefore, the tenant accepts and agrees that the property owner will not be held liable for any costs, expenses or claims for bodily injury or disease, whether fatal or non fatal and whether caused by accident or otherwise.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required and the balance should be paid 30 days before the holiday. A deposit of £200 is required to cover the possibility of any breakages, losses or damage to the property. The deposit will be refunded after the holiday subject to no breakage, loss or damage. Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions: 60 days before holiday - full refund of deposit. 30 - 60 days before holiday - refund of 50% of deposit. 30 days before holiday - no refund of any monies.
