Jasmine apartment is situated just off Kalamar road approx 10 - 15 mins walk to town. This luxury duplex apartment has a private roof terrace with spectacular views of Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. Swimming pool shared with 2 other apartments. The apartment was built by Beyhan a well established local builder whose villas (across the road) feature in Tapestry Holidays 2005 brochure.

Outside
Pool approx 7m x 4m max 2m deep, shared with 2 other apartments. 4 loungers, sun umbrella and table for sole use of our guests. Pleasantly presented with numerous shrubs and flowers and ample terrace space. Private roof terrace with stunning views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bays and mountains. Comfortable outdoor furniture consisting of 2 padded chairs and sofa, small table and sun umbrella. Built in barbeque.
Coast/Beach
15/20 minutes walk to the town beach. A free taxi or boat service is available to various beach clubs. A 20 minute taxi/minibus journey to the famous Patara Beach, 18km of golden sands. A 10 minute taxi/minibus to the secluded Kaputas beach.
Travel
1 3/4 hours from Dalaman airport, 3 hours from Antalya airport.
Transfers from either can be arranged in fully air conditioned cars with English speaking drivers.
Local car hire is available. Local taxi and mini-bus services are plentiful and reasonably priced.
Distances
Kalkan is well placed for many attractions. Approximately 1 hours drive is the harbour town of Fethiye, with access to Olu Deniz, Kaya Koy, (the Greek Ghost Town) and the Lycian Tombs. Well worth a visit are the Saklikent gorge and the sunken city of Kekova. The ancient ruins of Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara and Tlos are also nearby.
Further details
Kalkan remains an unspoilt town not subject to mass tourism nor the major tour operators. It has many roof top restaurants offering a high standard of cuisine. There is a small local market every Thursday.

A non returnable deposit of £100 on booking. The balance payable 8 weeks before departure together with a refundable security deposit of £150. This will be returned immediately after your holiday on clearance from our local agent.
