Paradise. Relax by the sunny pool or take a day trip & then enjoy a sundowner on the balcony before dining at one of the many local restaurants. This modern 2 bed/1 bath 1st floor apartment sleeps: 1 double bedroom featuring a king size bed & balcony, 1 twin room with 2 single beds & a sofa bed in the lounge for 1. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, full length mirror & hair driers. The well appointed kitchen includes full hob & oven, dishwasher,microwave, kettle, toaster & all the crockery and cutlery. A large plasma TV, DVD player & MP3/iPod Dock are included in the living area. The apartment is less than a five minute walk from the river & town. You will not need to hire a car as you are very close to the dolmus (bus) terminal & river taxis. Many licensed companies offer day trips all over the region. There numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Catch the bus to the beach which takes a scenic 30 minutes & catch the river taxi back & take in the breathtaking view of the Tombs.

Changeover day
We have flexible change over days but please be aware check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. If you wish to stay in the apartment until your departure and it is after 10am please book an additional night.

Outside
The beautifully maintained garden and spotless pool area is for residents use only and has a gate to keep children safe within the grounds. The pool is cleaned daily and sun loungers are provided. There is a BBQ for your use and table and chairs by the pool.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful and unspoilt Turtle beach can easily be reached by bus, river bus,water taxi or car. The bus station is just a few moments stroll from the apartment and the scenic journey takes about 25 minutes. The water taxi can be picked up by Ataturk's statue on the waterfront, again just a few moments stroll from the apartment. This journey takes about 30 minutes and drops you right on the beach. Each end of the beach has toilets, showers and a small cafe. The cafe prices are very reasonable.
Travel
The apartment is about 25 min from Dalaman airport. We can arrange transfers for you or car hire. Car hire per day is from £30, airport transfers (return) for up to 4 people £60.00 for all 4. For parties of up to 8 the cost is £70. For groups of 9 - 12 the cost is £120.
Distances
There is a lovely swimming pool & garden on site which this apartment shares with just 3 others. Close by are many shops &restaurants, you can go fishing, visit historic sites, enjoy boat trips, try scuba diving and plenty of other water sports, take a Turkish bath (Hamman) & visit the lovely unspoilt beach by bus/water taxi. All these are within a short walk or you can book a day trip with local pick up. Buggies, bicycles & cars are all available to rent. Further afield you can go paragliding.

There are local food stores & several supermarkets within a short walk from the apartment. Most are open until midnight during the summer 7 days a week. There are plenty of ATM's however the best exchange rates are available from the post office which is also open until midnight during the summer months 7 days a week. Doctors, dentists and a walk-in clinic are all within a short walk from the apartment. The local buses are a great way to get around and very cheap to use and Dalyan has several taxi ranks all close to the apartment.

September 2011: We had a brilliant time and the apartment was just lovely, with everything we could possibly need. Next time we come to Dalyan we will definitely try to stay in Carole’s apartment again.
June 2011: Well appointed property with very attentive and helpful UK owners together with efficient English speaking, resort based support staff. The pool & gardens were cleaned & maintained daily. Transfers were excellent, well organised & good value for money. The property was very well furnished with quality fixtures & fittings, and all the incidentals that we needed. The property is ideally located just 2-3 minutes walk north from the Dolmus station, yet in a very quiet location. This is probably the best private rental property that we have ever stayed in.
July 2010: A very well appointed apartment, beautifully designed. Fantastic location, opposite a pomegranate grove yet all amenities are only 5 minute walk away.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Dalyan is a truly delightful working agricultural town, as well as being designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty, it manages to welcome its visitors without losing its identity. I selected this apartment for a number of reasons; firstly I wanted somewhere close to town so guests do not have to hire a car to get out and about. I also wanted somewhere quiet, with nice gardens and a decent sized pool. When staying in Morning Breeze you are miles away from madness of busy tourist resorts but just a short stroll from the river, shops, bars and restaurants. The child safe beach is easily reachable by water taxi or bus and makes a lovely day out. It is lovely to welcome back returning visitors again this year, and thank you for all your positive feed back.
Unique benefits of the property
I was keen for Morning Breeze to offer an exclusive feel, rather like a boutique hotel. Upmarket and a bit different. Very few apartments in Dalyan offer WiFi, a flat screen TV and an MP3/Ipod doc. In fact when the TV was installed all the other workmen stopped work to watch it as flat screen TV's are quite a rare beast in Turkey. Hopfully you will agree that small things can make a big difference. The apartment has two sofas (one is the sofa bed) which is unusual as most are furnished with just one. A microwave is provided, which initially I was not going to get however, a young mum said she would love one where they were staying so she could heat the baby's bottle. Point taken! I have provided pool towels for your convenience and complimentary welcome soaps.
