The villa is situated only ten minutes south of Kusadasi, close to the untouched town of Davultar. Davultar remains an exclusive getaway for the discerning traveller. It is renown for its superb sunsets and unspoilt shoreline.The relaxed atmosphere combined with the helpful and friendly local people make it a perfect resort for those who want to experience the real Turkey. The beautiful National Park is only a few miles away for you to explore. Davultar is a small town ideal for days by the sea and nature walks while you enjoy the mediterranean climate.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has an open plan design and therefore provides a large area for the family to be comfortable. Air conditioning is provided in every room. The air conditioners also can be used as heaters. We have aimed to furnish and provide facilities in the villa for the needs of a family of all ages.

Outside
The villa has two large terraces. We have a outside dining table with sun brolly for shade. We also have have other relaxing chairs and sun loungers. The villa has a garden surrounding it with mature trees and shrubs.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated only 7 minutes walk from Silversand Beach. The Beach provides a lovely setting of the mountains, and the view of Kusadasi and Davalter in the distance. You can also see the small greek island of Samos.
Golf
A new golf course has just been developed in Kusadasi only 15 mins from the Villa.
Travel
The villa is one our drive from Izmir Airport and 1hr 30mins from Bodrum Airport.
Further details
Kusadasi has lots to offer for everyone. From the historic Ephesus, Two water parks, Kusadasi Harbour. Mountain trekking. National Parks, Local Zoo five minutes from Villa. If you enjoy shopping then Kusadasi will not let you down! Davultur is a small fishing town 10 minutes from the villa which offers you the opportunity to see a bit of Turkish life.
You can catch buses to Kusadasi & Davulter close to the villa and they run every 10 minutes during the summer and 30 minutes in the winter. There are small Turkish shops within walking distance from the villa where you can purchase your every day needs! Alternatively there is a very large supermarket ( Kipa ) only 5 mins on the bus.

We are here to assist you with every stage of your holiday; from your initial enquiry to returning home. We require a £150 deposit upon booking, plus the full fee six weeks prior to your trip.
Please note : We are unable to guarantee your booking until we are in receipt of your deposit. Please note that the deposit is non refundable for any cancellations prior to your visit. The deposit will be returned to you, upon a final Villa inspection after your departure.

The five -bedroomed villa we used was superb and the owners had left comprehensive notes on everything we needed. The pool on the small development was great and the beach was a very short walk away with several bar/cafes offering excellent menus and beach facilities. We found it easy to get to Kusadasi on the small buses that ran about every 20 minutes. We had a great 3 week break and we have booked to go again!

Our week at Vaughans Villa’s was one of the best family holidays to date. The accommodation was immaculate and we spent some lovely afternoons lazing on the huge balcony with the odd dip in the pool and a few bottles of Effie’s.When we weren’t taking it easy by the pool we were at Silver Sands beach, only 5 minutes walk away and a great place to soak up the sun and body surf the waves. Kusadasi is a lovely place.

About the owner
I live in Cambridgeshire with Dee my wife and my two boys Benjamin and Simon. We have always enjoyed our summer holidays in particular Turkey. We decided to purchase our own villa in 2006 as we felt very settled in Turkey and fell in love with Kusadasi and the surrounding areas.
We have made many friends within the local area which helps when anyone renting needs a little support or advise when on holiday. Perhaps one day we may take the plunge and retire there!!!
The villa is situated in a quiet area which we enjoy, but with only being a stone's throw away from many activities. We have furnished the villa to ensure you have your home comforts we all enjoy.
We are able to recommend restaurants and places to visit, please do ask when making your enquiry/booking.
