Kitchen: fridge/freezer, cooker & hob, kettle, and fully equipped with cutlery, porcelain and cooking utensils. Ironing facilities and hairdryer are also available. Living room: this open plan space has an arm chair and 2 comfortable sofas, of which one can be converted to a bed to accommodate a 5th person, TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD player. Patio style doors open onto a spacious balcony with its own stone built BBQ and dining furniture. The balcony offers splendid views of the mountains and captures the scents of the pine forests and gentle sea breezes.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is in a private complex of only 4 apartments sharing a swimming pool, sun terrace, garden and BBQ area. The property is suitable for families, although there is no kiddies pool, and small children must be supervised. The air-conditioning system in the apartment has a duel function which enables operation as a heating supply, thus the apartment is suitable for year round occupation.

Accessibility
The apartment is at ground floor level with just a few steps to reach the front door. There are bedrooms and bathrooms at ground floor level. The swimming pool is accessed via metal, ladder style steps. The apartment is located very close to all the resorts main attractions and just a few strides from the main bus route. The accommodation is suitable for individuals with limited mobility. Small children must be supervised.

Outside
The apartment has a large private patio with dining furniture. The complex houses 4 dwellings and its occupants share a 50 sq.m. swimming pool. The pool has a spacious sun terrace and comfortable, cushioned sun loungers, umbrellas and service tables are all provided. Within the lush, private gardens is a purpose built BBQ area which has a large wooden bench and seating arrangement. The gardens have several secluded, shady areas for those seeking a little peace and tranquility. Just beyond the garden walls is a splendid view of the pine clad mountain. The mountain is one of the Worlds' most popular spots for the sport of paragliding. All year round one can gaze and admire the antics of the paragliders as they leap from the mountain top and glide through the air - all from the comfort of your sun-lounger.

Coast/Beach
Oludeniz Beach, which is consistently awarded 'blue flag' status is just 5/10 mins. travelling distance from the apartment by car or bus. The World famous 'Blue Lagoon' - the jewel in Turkey's crown - is a similar distance. 'Paradise' beach, which nestles at the edge of a pine forest has picnic and BBQ facilities, is also close by. The local bus service stops just a few strides away from the apartment complex. In the summer season buses run every few minutes and cost next to nothing.

Travel
Oludeniz is most commonly serviced by Dalaman Airport, which is approx. 45 mins drive from resort. We can arrange return airport transfers in private, air-conditioned vehicles. 2010 rates begin at £80 return fare for a party of 2 and increase incrementally according to the size of the group. The location of the apartments is such that hiring a vehicle is not a necessity, however, we can arrange vehicle hire if desired. Prices are available upon request.

Distances
The lively village of Hisaronu is just 5/10 mins walk from your front door, here you will find more bars, restaurants and shops than you could possibly need! There is a supermarket around the corner, and a 'watering-hole' just a short walk away. The main harbour town of Fethiye, with its famous markets for vegetables, fish and 'designer' gear can be reached by local bus in around 20 mins. Or take a taxi and be there in 10 mins. The famous Oludeniz Beach and 'Blue Lagoon' are just minutes away.

Further details
Oludeniz and its surrounding areas have a plethora of exciting and interesting places to see and things to do - from ancient sites to water sports to air games. This amazing resort caters for all ages and a fantastic holiday is guaranteed. Pretty much every kind of food is available in a host of varying locations - by the harbour in Fethiye, by the beach in Oludeniz, in the forests at Kaya or amongst the energetic bustle of Hisaronu. Our english speaking site manager is available at all times and would be more than happy to come sit with you and help you plan your holiday fun, and offer expert advice on all aspects of what the area has to offer. Changeover dates and check-out times are flexible subject to availability. A 25% deposit secures booking (non refundable). Balance to be paid in cash sterling after arrival in resort. The accommodations will be cleaned and supplied with bed linen and towels prior to arrival. Should occupants require a mid-stay clean this can be provided at a cost of £30. My name is Dawne, I am joint owner and site manager of Larem and Meral apartments. I am British and was born in Sheffield. I visited Oludeniz for the first time on holiday in 1991. It was love at first sight! I decided there and then to go home, pack my bags and come straight back! Originally I had intended to stay for only 6 months, nearly 20 years later I'm still here - and plan to keep it that way! Oludeniz, Turkey is now my home. I live with my husband of, who is Turkish, my teenage daughter and pet dog, a Siberian husky named Buzz. The attractions for me are too many to list, but amongst them are the sun-drenched days of summer, the sparkling mediterranean, the pine scented forests, the friendly, happy people, the fantastic array of food, and on and on...

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I acquired my property in 2007. The modern and clean interior, which is spacious, practical and tastefully decorated first caught my attention. Moreover what really grabbed me was the apartments' fantastic location. Snuggling in a quiet corner, off the main beach highway, close to the pine scented forests. The scenery is breathtaking. The days are peaceful and tranquil. Just a few strides from the main door I can catch a bus to the beach and be frolicking in the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean within 10 mins. Alternatively I can be in the lively harbour town of Fethiye within 20 mins. or easily stroll into Hisaronu within 10 mins. Oludeniz and the close surrounding areas have masses of things to do and places to see. Enough to thrill and enthral the most seasoned travellers.

Unique benefits of the property
The apartment is located on a small, friendly complex. The modern interior has all the comforts of home, including microwave oven, automatic washing machine, satellite TV and DVD player. Fully air-conditioned, the duel system works as a cooling or heating facility which allows the property to be comfortable for occupation all year round. The property is suitable for occupation by guests of all ages. We attempt to attract visitors who gain enjoyment from a more peaceful and tranquil setting. The best recommendation I have is that I receive repeat bookings for guests who have been coming to this area for many years, who in turn recommend Oludeniz and, in particular, my property to all their friends and family.
