Within 1 min walk to closest pool (many others to choose from) and less than 3 min walk to bar, restaurant and gym, tennis court, Turkish baths and many other on site facilities including private jetty reaching out into the crystal clear Aegean sea reached by monorail. This apartment is ideal for couples and families who want a relaxing holiday in quieter surroundings but want easy access to explore the Bodrum peninsula and beyond with cosmopolitan and historical Bodrum only a short drive away or even experience the local dolmus (bus service). A short drive away is the fantastic par 71 vita park golf club a must for any keen golfer.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible to accommodate guests but we would ask you to vacate the apartment by 12 noon on the day of you departure, this is negotiable depending when next guests arrive.

Accessibility
Because of the number of hills our apartment is maybe not suitable for the less mobile.
Outside
The balcony with patio furniture can be accessed from the living area and main bedroom. A staircase leads to a roof terrace where you can sunbathe or take in the views.
Coast/Beach
Flamingo country club has it own private beach club which can be accessed by the mono rail. The Bodrum peninsula has a number of beautiful beaches within easy car reach, ie Bitez, Torba, Ortakent. For those who enjoy the thrills of a water park why not try the Aqua park at Ortakent, or a boat trip these can be accessed by Dolmus or a trip arranged by the local travel agent situated on the road leading to Flamingo country club, or ask at the management office.
Golf
Flamingo country club has its own 6 hole par 3 pitch and putt course. Five minutes drive away is vita park golf resort with its 2 testing par 71 golf courses. Vita park also has its own restaurant and driving range. Details can be found on their own website.
Travel
Bodrum (Milas) airport is 15 mins transfer away. Airport transfer/car hire can be arranged as requested starting at approx £20 each way for 3 people (paid locally). Although an enjoyable holiday can be had at Flamingo Country Club, car hire is recommended to go go further afield, or use the local Dolmus which travels anywhere on the peninsula.
Distances
Bodrum - 25 mins by car.
Bitez, Ortakent approx 30 mins by car.
Gumbet -25 mins by car.
Bogazici village- 5 mins.
Guvercinlik - 10 mins (these can also be reached by dolmus which may take a little longer).
Further details
Bodrum and Gumbet are the main tourist towns with a vast number of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Banks can be found in these resorts. There are a number of food/clothes markets to be found in different villages where you can haggle the price for leather/clothing and other items etc.
Booking notes
Bookings can be made by email or telephone were a non refundable deposit of £75 will be required this will secure your holiday. Final balance together with a breakable deposit of £100 will be required 6 weeks before departure this is also non refundable if on inspection by the management no damage to the apartment occurs the £100 breakage deposit will be returned to you within approx 2 weeks.
