The apartment is on a small, quiet complex, comprising four blocks of four apartments around a large pool plus a children's pool and has two poolside showers. It's a one minute walk to the nearest local shop, with many other shops and restaurants and bars just five minutes walk away. The Oludeniz lagoon and the Belcekiz beach are known as "the blue paradise" and are only a 4 minute dolmus ride away from the apartment. Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in UK pounds. Out of season rates are negotiable if a long term rental is requested. Long-term discounts available. Special rates now available for July.
Changeover day
There's no set changeover day to allow greater flexibility in booking flights. Clients may access the apartment after 4pm on the day of arrival. Property must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, unless arranged and paid for in advance.

Cleaning/towels/

Two sets of bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaned and changed at end of each rental period or weekly, if required, for an additional cost. |

Outside
There is a beautiful, large shared pool on the complex, with steps leading down from the corner and a smaller circular childrens pool plus 2 poolside showers. The pool is approximately 5 feet in depth all over and is cleaned daily. The gardens are full of flowers and shrubs and are beautifully kept.
Coast/Beach
Olu Deniz beach is about 4 mins away, on the dolmus, and is a very long, sandy beach; the most famous beach in Turkey! There is also Suara Lagoon which has beautiful sandy beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas and also a few pedalo's for the more energetic! There is a beach cafe and, in addition, a raised restaurant with panoramic views of the lagoon. There's a free taxi service available to take you to and from this beautiful beach - just phone them! The number is available in my apartment.
Golf
A new golf course opened this year for all golf lovers!
Travel
Dalaman airport is approximately a 45 minute drive and we will be happy to arrange transfers for you at around £30 each way for up to 4 people, £45 for 5 people or more. In August 2006 a new tunnel was completed which has considerably reduced the transfer time to about 45 -60 minutes, depending on traffic!
Distances
Ovacik is a delightful village and is approximately 60kms from Dalaman airport. It is right on the border of Hisaronu and about a 4 minute dolmus ride from Olu Deniz. Fethiye is about a 20 minute dolmus ride away and has a beautiful harbour, many shops and restuarants and a wealth of historical and cultural sights.
Further details
Fethiye offers everything shoppers could wish for - and more! It has a massive weekly market on a Tuesday and a smaller version of this is held on a Monday at Hisoronu, which is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment. There are numerous things to do including tours / excursions / boat trips / paragliding / scuba diving / walking / hiking / horse riding etc etc. There are 2 large secure cash kiosks within a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required to confirm a booking, with the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to your booked date. At this stage a £100 good housekeeping deposit is required (should any breakages occur). This is returned to you within 10 days of your departure from the villa.
