Villa Huzurlur is situated approximately one and a half miles from the traditional rural village of Uzumlu, 500m above sea level, nestling in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains overlooking Uzumlu's fertile grape growing plain. Cooling mountain breezes tame the soaring summer temperatures. The villa is 5 minutes drive from Uzumlu village bars, restaurants, market and shops. 20 minutes drive from the bustling port of Fethiye and 45 minutes drive from Dalaman airport. Life here is quiet with just the occasional dolmus passing, gentle bleating of goats and tinkle of their bells as they move to and from pasture morning and evening; birdsong, a donkey braying and the click of sunbathing cicadas are all that disturb the tranquillity.

Notes on accommodation
Watch the swallows swirl and dip across the pool and an occasional owl swoop from his perch on the pool shower as he hunts his evening meal. A DVD player and iPod dock ensure you can bring your music and film choices for the evenings you’re just too exhausted to go out!
Accessibility
This is a non-smoking villa, but feel free to smoke outside. Pets are not permitted in this villa. This villa is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
The villa offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with its own 72 m² private pool and large gardens. The vaulted ceiling in the sitting room gives an airy feel and patio doors open onto a wide terrace overlooking the pool and valley. The terrace provides a dining table which seats eight people and an additional seating area, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets as you sip a long, cool drink. A wood burning fireplace provides a lovely focal point for chilly out of season evenings.
Coast/Beach
Hisaronu, Ovacik, Olu Deniz, Hisaronu and Ovacik lie close by in the hills behind Olu Deniz, surrounded by pine forests and beautiful countryside. These resorts have grown from the popularity of Olu Deniz itself, as when the conservation area made it impossible to build more hotels and apartments by the sea, the hillside villages within easy reach of the beach started to grow.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit will be required with booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £150 is also required and returned once a complete inventory check has been carried out upon your departure. Airport transfers and car hire, which is recommended, can be arranged at very reasonable and competitive rate.
