The three bedroom villa is in a modern complex. The master having an en-suite there is a family bathroom on the ground floor, and another on first floor with the bedrooms. The villa also has a large sun roof and a private pool. The main attraction to the villa is having the security of a complex with 24 hour security all year round. Although the villa has a private pool the complex has 19 other swimming pools, also a sauna and Turkish bath, a golf course and two more alongside the Lake. The complex also has its own private beach with a monorail to get to the beach with a restaurant. There is a restaurant and cafe bar and a games area including a large chess board, basket ball court, tennis court and even an amphitheatre. The shop is well stocked and the complex is managed well.

Notes on prices
Prices per week in UK pounds. Long term winter rental per month From November - March is £1000.00 plus pool and laundry cleaning and villa cleaning plus utility bills.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | All bedrooms with wardrobe and side unit. Each of the bedrooms also has its own private balcony all overlooking the golf course and the countryside. |
| Bathrooms: | The master en-suite to main bderoom has a shower sink and WC. The main family bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower over plus a sink,d WC and the washing machine plus the bolier to heat the water. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with units ,all crockery and utensils, also a large fridge/freezer gas/electric hob, electrical appliances. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa also a television with DVD player and an occasional table. The lounge adjoins the dining room which has enough places for 8 people to sit in comfort with patio doors leading to a seating area. |
| Other: | There is a storage cupboard next to the kitchen on the ground floor. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The towels and linens are supplied. The villa will be cleaned on a weekly basis as will the linen changes and at the end of each holiday let. The pool will be cleaned on a weekly basis. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is situated in a great complex which is perfect for families with lots to do and places of interest near the town of bodrum just a short drive away. With so many amenities in the resort the children will be kept occupied and the parents entertained from restaurants to health and beauty treatments , also the gym and the Turkish bath will prove a great way to relax rather than just on the beach or by the pool. The pools and the games areas for the children will keep them occupied for hours each day.

Accessibility
The property is not developed for people who have physical disabilities but the resort is easy to get around. The villa is on three levels so may not be suitable for physically disabled people.
Outside
There is a small garden where the pool is plus many plants and lawned areas. There are sunbathing areas around the pool of which there are 4 sun-loungers to use. The patio area is quite large and can comfortably fit up to 8 people with two patio tables and 8 chairs to use. The pool is private for use of villa guests only. The size of the pool is 8 by 4 metres. The pool is not heated.
Coast/Beach
The resort has its own private beach just a few minutes walk and a monorail ride a ride away down the hill to the beach and its restaurant. There are other beaches nearby including Bodrum town, Yalikavak, Gumbet, and Turgutries which has a marina and many upmarket restaurants and a great market on a Saturday. And a market in Bodrum town square on a Tuesday. The beaches are clean and the waters are crystal clear.
Golf
There is a nine hole golf course on complex dead opposite the villa. There two other golf courses both 18 and 1 and 16 hole courses respectively around the lake which are just a few minutes drive away. The courses are new and in great condition.
Special interest holidays
The resort is in a Nature reserve and because of this the area is a no-fly zone for aircraft throughout the year. The lake attracts flamingoes and other birdlife.
Travel
Bodrum Milas Airport is a 20 minute drive or transfer away by car. In the Winter months it may be necessary to fly to Bodrum via istanbul. There is a port in Bodrum town where you can have a day trip to Greek Island of Kos or Corfu. There is also a ferry port for people to get to Bodrum by ferry if they do not wish to travel by plane to and from Istanbul. The town of Bodrum and the airport are up to 20 minutes away so it is recommended that a car be hired for a stay at the villa.
Distances
Yalikavak, Gumbet, Turgutries, Bodrum town gundogun are all within about half an hours drive away from the villa. where marinas and restaurants and places of interest can be visited. In Bodrum you can visit the castle anffd the underwater archaeological museum which is a great day out. Can hire a Gulet (local Boat) for a day even a week. Also many sites of historical interest such as the amphitheatre antique. Foer a one or two day trip to go to Ephesus and the sulphur baths of Pamalukke.
Further details
Supermarket on resort and two just outside of resort. Along main road before entering the windy road to the villa there are shops and craft places to buy pots and other ceramics. Most shops and supermarkets and banks to exchange money are in the Bodrum town. There are sporting activities to take part in at Gumbet and Bitez.
Booking notes
Bookings can be done on the phone or the internet. If departing in less than 8 weeks of booking the price of villa will need to be paid in full at time of booking. I can arrange your flights and transfers for you so as you do not have the hassle of having to do this. A deposit of £150.00 to be paid for possible damages but refunded when villa is checked after villa is vacated.
House swap
Yes will consider a house swap. In places like Australia, New zealand, South pacific Islands, Caribbean, and South America.

About the owner
I am a family man, and love to travel as much as possible. We work to travel. The reason why we bought the villa in Flamingo Country club was because it was in a safe complex and family friendly. The other reason is because we love Turkey as a place to unwind and enjoy the food and the sunshine. Also for the golf on site and 2 others nearby. Also the Airport is only 15 minutes drive away ad a no fly zone due to complex being part of a nature reserve because of Lake Tuzla. Many activities to keep the family happy and sports for the parents especially golf.
