This beautiful privately owned villa in peaceful Didim is a real home from home a comfortable walk or a 5 min drive away from the main resort of Altinkum with its golden beaches and busy nightlife. This complex is situated around a 25m pool including a shallow children’s pool and sunbeds are available around the pool area. The villa also has its own private sun terrace which faces the pool area. The villa is generously served by local shops and supermarkets and an abundance of fabulous restaurants.

Notes on accommodation
This villa sits in a complex of 15 other villas and is a perfect location for families with young children (travel cot and highchair in the villa) or adolescents alike.
The villa has security bars fitted and mosquito nets to all windows and doors. The top floor and lounge area are air conditioned with fans included on the 1st floor.
There is a no smoking policy in the villa.
Accessibility
For full enjoyment of this accommodation you need to be able to climb stairs and walk around the site. There are narrow pathways which are unsuitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Sunloungers are available on the roof terrace and patio chairs are available on the poolside balcony. There are grassed aras between the villas and the site is maintained to a high standard. At night the outside area and pool are well lit.
Coast/Beach
Arena Park Villas are less than 2km north of the main beaches and resort, less than 1km west of the centre of Didim and yards from open countryside. All the beaches have beautiful golden sand and gentle slopes into long shallow areas of sea.
Travel
Best airport is Bodrum - transfer time approx 90 mins. Worth considering is Izmir, transfer time 2 hours. Avoid Dalaman 3 hours! A tourist visa costs £10 per person payable at the airport. There are no forms to fill in and it is valid for 3 months.
Distances
A car is useful but by no means essential with the availability of courtesy services for restaurants and beaches, taxis and the local dolmus minibus.
Further details
Just far enough away from busy centres to enjoy the tranquillity with a quiet drink on the balcony but within easy access for a great night out should you wish. The area is served extremely well by taxi's and local buses (dolmus'). Three supermarkets are within walking distance and there is a corner shop close by for ice-cream, beer and other essentials.
Early evening sees bustling streets boasting good shopping and lively bars offering entertainment for all the family. An array of restaurants and snack bars offer traditional Turkish cuisine and European dishes side by side on the menu.
The waterfront area is lively and is certainly the place to party after dark. Arena Park Villas are a comfortable distance away, making any noise easy to escape. This is a holiday destination for couples, families and friends of all ages to enjoy.
Booking notes
Payment can be made via electronic transfer or by cheque. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to departure. For holiday's to be taken within 8 weeks of making the booking, the full balance is due on booking.
We also require a £100 returnable deposit. This must be paid with the balance of the holiday and will be returned to you at the end of your holiday.

About the owner
Hi, I live in Preston in Lancashire (England) with my husband Mick and two young children (7 & 5). My husband works full time and I work part time and take care of the family. We have enjoyed holidays in Turkey for many years and decided to buy our property here. We holiday here as often as we can and enjoy bringing our friends and family. The area is very safe and friendly and sometimes just me and my two children stay and my husband joins us later.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We first visited Turkey in 2001 and fell in love with the place and the people who are extremely friendly.
We decided to buy in 2004 and the villa was completed in 2005. It is located just off the beaten track enough for it to be quiet but not to far to be inconvenient. As we have visited so often now we have become very friendly with the locals who are always pleased to see us and the children each year. The Turkish people adore children.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is extremely well located with a well stocked corner shop a 30 second walk away saving you a trip to the supermarket, ideal for your daily shop of milk, bread, eggs and water and most importantly ice-cream and beer! (Bishet who owns the local shop will deliver a large bottle of water to the villa at no charge, you just leave a 10ytl deposit which you get back when you return the bottle). The property is well managed by John and Yvonne who have responsibility for managing the complex.
