Approached by a sweeping drive that takes you through a rose covered archway and some of the beautiful gardens that are a feature of this truly amazing villa. The interior is one of luxury and sophistication, coupled with design of careful detail. The villa is located at the foothills of the Babadag mountain range, set in total seclusion and within walled gardens where there are wonderous views of the whole valley extending down to the sea and up to the mountain range. The 2 lounges are cool and airy, the kitchen is modern and well equipped with all facilities. The apartment area can be rented if you have a larger party. Changeover day
We will be flexible at all times, as we understand the importance of a smooth changeover process. However it may be necessary for departing guest to vacate the villa by 10am, dure to incoming parties

The villa is air conditioned, as is the apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen with 2 bathrooms.There are 2 lounge areas in the villa with terraces, and 3 of the bedrooms have private terrace areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Dining area for 8. The villa and the apartment will not be rented seperately to different parties. All showers are walk in and fully tiled.

Outside
The gardens are extensive & beautiful, all 6 terraces have seating and marvellous views. The area around the 50 sq.m. pool is terraced and has awsome views of the surrounding area. There is also a Jacuzzi for your enjoyment. A decorative outdoor shower is situated by the pool. Pool depth is 1.2m(shallow end) 1.8m (deep end). There is a fully equipped outdoor BBQ area, with fridge and sink plus seating area.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful lagoon beach of Olu Deniz is the cobalt sea that laps a sandy beach bathed in sunshine. It is perfectly safe for children and no craft are allowed to in to spoil its cleanliness. To the left of the lagoon is Belcekiz beach (5th best beach in the world) which is a strollers delight with many bars, restaurants & shops. There are numerous opportunities for water sports and boat trips. You may even be tempted to paraglide from 6,000ft mountain which is the backdrop to this paradise.
Golf
There is a new golf course planned for 2009 just 1 hour away. Watch this space.
Skiing
In the winter of 2009 there will be a new ski resort scheduled in Seki. This is approx one and a half hour's away from the villa and then a 20 minute ride to the slopes. Please contact us for more information.
Travel
The local airport is Dalaman, the transfer is approx 1hr. We do reccomend car hire for exploration of the interior, and taking you to the local town and beaches. Airport transfers directly to the Villa Saklibache can be easily arranged.
Distances
Whilst Ovacik is a sleepy village with just a few bars & restaurants, the neighbouring village of Hisaronu is a bustling nightspot and shoppers paradise. This is 5 mins drive away. Here there are numerous bars & restaurants offering good quality food as diverse as - Chinese - Italian and of course Turkish & English! Beach is 10 mins drive, Aquapark is 5 mins walk away from the Villa, and great for kids and adults!
Further details
The local harbourside town of Fethiye combines sophistication with old world charm. Along the waterfront you will find seafront restaurants or chill out bars. The fish market is a must if you would like to select your fish or seafood from the fishmonger and invite one of the cafes to prepare it for you. Kaya Koy, is the heralded town which contains 2,000 derelict buildings vacated by Greek migrants 1922. The hospitality here is typical of the lovely nature of the Turkish people & will leave a lasting impression. This village is well worth a visit, 10 mins drive from Hisaronu. There are 2 lovely restored wine houses in Kaya, both serve wonderful food and have an extensive wine cellar for your perusal. We an arrange for you to have a traditional Turkish BBQ evening, in Kaya Koy, you will be collected f.o.c. from the Villa taken to the restaurant where you can enjoy a fantastic evening of excellent food and drink at real Turkish prices, once you've finished you will be taken back to the Villa at your leisure. Should you want a more sophisticated evening in Kaya, we can make the same arrangements for you to visit "Levissi Wine House" the restaurant boasts a fantastic wine cellar where you can taste before you select. The food is of superior quality... which is not reflected in the prices. We can book you a table at either restaurant prior to your arrival at the Villa. Also should you want to try your own private fishing trip for the day we can arrange this for you too! Please e-mail for more details... good fun and a great day out at a very reasonable price. But if you would rather chill, we can arrange for a chef to cook for you at the villa.
Booking notes
A deposit of 10% is required at time of booking,( none refundable if cancelled) Balance to be paid on arrival at Villa Saklibahce. Airport transfers and Car hire can be arranged, the vehicle will be delivered to the villa when required. Prior booking is reccomended during peak season months.
