Set in very large gardens and is of exquisite design and super location. Approached by a sweeping drive that takes you to the beautiful gardens, that are a feature of this truly amazing villa. The interior is one of luxury and sophistication, coupled with design of careful detail. The villa is located at the foothills of the Babadag mountain range, and within walled gardens where there are lovely views of the whole valley extending down to the sea and up to the mountain range. The 2 lounges are cool and airy, the kitchen is modern and well equipped with all facilities. The apartment area can be rented if you have a larger party. This fabulous Villa boasts everything one could wish, for a truly memorable and totally relaxing holiday.

Changeover day
We will be flexible at all times, as we understand the importance of a smooth changeover process. However it may be necessary for departing guest to vacate the villa by 10am, due to incoming parties Mondays are our preferred change over day.

Notes on accommodation
The Villa is air-conditioned, as is the apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen with 2 bathrooms. Please note that if the villa is booked for 8 people then we do not let the apartment. We give total privacy to the Villa customers. There are 2 lounge areas in the villa with terraces, and 3 of the bedrooms have private terrace areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. Dining area for 8. The Villa and the apartment will not be rented separately to different parties. All showers are walk in and fully tiled. Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa, although guest can do so outside. Guest are requested to observe this request otherwise will forfeit their security deposit.
Accessibility
The Villa is split over 2 floors, 3 with the apartment included. The apartment on the lower level would suit anyone with mobility problems, this inter connects with the villa if required.
Outside
The gardens are extensive and beautiful, all 6 terraces have seating and marvellous views. The area around the 50 sq.m. pool is terraced and has awesome views of the surrounding area. There is also a Jacuzzi for your enjoyment. A decorative outdoor shower is situated by the pool. The pool depth is 1.2m (shallow end) 1.8m (deep end) and is not gated. There is a fully equipped outdoor BBQ area, with fridge and sink plus seating area.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful lagoon beach of Olu Deniz is the cobalt sea that laps a sandy beach bathed in sunshine. It is perfectly safe for children and no craft are allowed to in to spoil its cleanliness. To the left of the lagoon is Belcekiz beach (5th best beach in the world) which is a strollers delight with many bars, restaurants & shops. There are numerous opportunities for water sports and boat trips. You may even be tempted to paraglide from 6,000ft mountain which is the backdrop to this paradise.
Golf
An 18 holes golf course is planned for 2010 in Sarigerme, just 1 hour away. Transport can be arranged.
Skiing
In the winter of 2010 there will be a new ski resort scheduled in Seki. This is approx one and a half hour's away from the Villa and then a 20 minute ride to the slopes. Please contact us for more information.
Travel
The local airport is Dalaman. The transfer time is approx 1hr. We do reccomend car hire for exploration of the interior, and taking you to the local town and beaches. Airport transfers directly to the Villa Saklibache can be easily arranged. A number of budget airlines are now traveling direct to Dalaman Airport.
Distances
Whilst Ovacik is a smaller village with just a few bars and restaurants, the neighbouring village of Hisaronu is a bustling nightspot and shoppers paradise. This is 5 mins drive away. Here there are numerous bars and restaurants offering good quality food as diverse as - Chinese - Italian and of course Turkish & English! Beach is 10 mins drive. There is a water park a short drive away, (great for kids and adults).
Further details
The local harbourside town of Fethiye combines sophistication with old world charm. Along the waterfront you will find seafront restaurants or chill out bars. The fish market is a must and a favourite of ours. You can select your fish or seafood from the fishmonger and invite one of the cafes to prepare it for you.The cost for this is approx £2 , for which they cook your fish and supply fresh bread and salad, the place is a buzz at night. Kaya Koy, is the heralded town which contains 2,000 derelict buildings vacated by Greek migrants 1922. The hospitality here is typical of the lovely nature of the Turkish people & will leave a lasting impression. This village is well worth a visit, 10 mins drive from Hisaronu. There are 2 lovely restored wine houses in Kaya, both serve wonderful food and have an extensive wine cellar for your perusal. We can arrange for you to have a traditional Turkish BBQ evening, in Kaya Koy, you will be collected f.o.c. from the Villa taken to the restaurant where you can enjoy a fantastic evening of excellent food and drink. Once you've finished you will be taken back to the Villa at your leisure. Should you want a more sophisticated evening in Kaya, we can make the same arrangements for you to visit "Levissi Wine House" the restaurant boasts a fantastic wine cellar where you can taste before you select. The food is of superior quality... which is not reflected in the prices. We can book you a table at either restaurant prior to your arrival at the Villa. Also should you want to try your own private fishing trip for the day we can arrange this for you too! Please e-mail for more details... good fun and a great day out at a very reasonable price. But if you would rather chill, a boat trip with launch can be arranged, with stops along the bays for a swim.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20%% is required at time of booking,( none refundable if cancelled) Balance to be paid on arrival at Villa Saklibahce. Airport transfers and Car hire can be arranged, the vehicle will be delivered to the Villa when required. Prior booking is reccomended during peak season months.
