The three ensuite bedrooms all have fantastic sea views, the Master bedroom also has a private balcony.

Coast/Beach
Kalamar Bay water sports complex is a ten minute drive. The world famous renowned Patara Sand Beach is a fifteen minute drive.
Patara is an 18 km stretch of soft golden sand, where ancient ruins protrude from amazing Sand Dunes.
Traditional Turkish Gullets sail visitors to the Islands of Yilan to anchor for lunch, swimming and snorkling and a long lazy day admiring the stunning coastline.
Special interest holidays
Kalkan is steeped in local history set in the heart of the Lycian Region surrounded by a multitude of Ancient sites including Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara and Patara.
A wide variety of sporting activities are available to include, trecking,Kayaking, white water rafting, mountain biking,Canyoning, Scuba diving, Jeep Safaris, Paragliding and Gorge walking in the famous Saklikent gorge surrounded by tree houses and fruit orchards.
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman. Transfer time is one and a half hours. Car hire or transfers can be arranged from the airport and we are happy to make all the necessary arrangements for you.
We have an arrangement with the resort taxi driver to facilitate trips to and from Kalkan.
Distances
Kalkan centre is a five minute. Kas is a thirty minute drive. Fethiya is a one hour drive.

Kalkan provides a bustling varied collection of Restaurants, bars, local shops, supermarkets, banks and gym. Leisure activities include sailing, water sports, trekking, mountain biking, scuba diving, off road jeep safaris, archaeological sightseeing and exploring.
Booking notes
To confirm a booking we require a 50% deposit payment by either credit card, cheque or bank transfer at the time of booking. The final balance will be due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. We will require a housekeeping deposit of two hundred pounds just prior to your arrival and refundable after you depart.

Just got back from a couple of weeks at Infinity Villa and enjoyed every minute! The villa was perfect for our family's needs. Spacious, well appointed, great beds and well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and outside areas. Great pool! Check out the view - a wonderful place to relax, dine and soak up the sun. Kalkan town is just down the road, and is really welcoming - great for kids and adults alike and a great mix of old world and contemporary chic. If you want a peaceful, relaxing location, this is a great base for a holiday in Turkey. Many thanks to the owners - great help from start to finish and their on site staff were great too.

My partner and I enjoyed a very memorable holiday in Infinity View. We all now understand why it is named so. The Villa was luxurious and comfortable with spectacular views. Close to lovely Kalkan which has great restaurants and character. We will be back!

About the owner
We live and work in England in the heart of the Lake District with our two teenage children.
After some fifteen years in Hotel management around the world we started our own business by purchasing the renowned 16th century Inn at Grasmere - The Travellers Rest.
Some years later we acquired the Kings Head at Thirlmere, Sweeneys bar and restaurant in Keswick and holiday homes in Grasmere, Ambleside and Keswick.
Recent developements of our business include the purchase of the old Youth Hostel in Thirlmere and Infinity View in Kalkan Turkey.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Sailing in the Lake District is very popular with visitors and locals alike. It is this family activity that took us to Turkey some ten years ago and we fell in love with this fascinating country.
After many return visits to Turkey for both relaxing and activity holidays, we discovered Kalkan and decided two years ago to purchase off plan Infinity View.
We have travelled and sailed all over Turkey, but decided to choose Kalkan as a permanent base because it has something for everyone.

Kalkan is a delightful Turkish town with a superb range of bars, rooftop restaurants, marina, Patara beach and numerous activities and sight seeing trips on offer.

The villa is only a five minute drive into Kalkan and fifteen minutes to the famous Patara beach.
Infinity View is convenient, yet far enough away from the bustling town to provide a peaceful holiday retreat.
