Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. 25% deposit required to secure villa with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment is usually by direct bank transfer. A booking confirmation pack is sent out on receipt of payment. Discounts are available for off peak times, smaller groups and couples.

Change over day is flexible, departure time is 10 o'clock from Villa but can be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is no smoking inside. The rural location is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday whilst having the advantage of being close to towns, night life and beaches. The area is great and safe for children all bedrooms have A/C and room fans.
Accessibility
We would like to advise you as a recently built villa some terrain and steps leading to villa Sunset may not be suitable for some elderly or disabled people.
A car is recommended. Regular Dolmus(bus) services are available.
Outside
The small garden surrounding the villa has been planted with various shrubs, trees and flowers. The pool is private and approx 8x4 metres and 1.2/1.5 meters deep. A large covered terrace offers patio furniture and build in BBQ.
Coast/Beach
Calis beach is approx 15 mins by car.
Fethyie town and harbour 20 mins by car.
Hisaronu 30 mins by car.
Olu Deniz (blue lagoon) 35 mins by car.
All can be reached by dolmus ( local bus service).
Travel
Nearest airport is Dalaman. Villa Sunset is approx 1 hours drive from airport. We can arrange airport transfers for you, either by car or minibus depending on number of people.
Car hire is reccomended but not essiential which can also be arranged.
We can also provide some essentials for you for your arrival. A full shop can be undertaken for you, small fee is charged, enquire with booking.
Distances
Walking distance to Uzmulu village.
Cadianda is an old Roman site. approx 10km.
Saklikent one of the longest gorges in Europe, approx 40km.
Tlos (near Saklikent) accient lycian site worth a visit.
Further details
Fethyie Town has a large selection of banks, shops and restaurants.
The Harbour is lovely to sit and have a drink or meal and watch the boats come and go from the Harbour.
Trips to the mud baths and many more places of interest can be arranged for you.
Booking notes
Bookings secured by return of booking forms with 25% non returnable deposit. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. Bookings less than 8 weeks before arrival full monies to be paid. There is a security deposit of £300 to be sent with booking form (by cheque or bank transfer) to be returned within 14 days of departure.
