Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
For periods longer than 2 weeks please call to discuss terms. Prices exclude fuel costs. NB when the villa is fully occupied in the summer months the cost of electricity could exceed £50/week. The meter will be read on arrival and departure and the cost deducted from the bond money. Where a rental period covers more than 1 month the rent will be assessed on the count of days in each month.

Shared pool is 25 by 12 metres with special half meter deep corner pool for children. There is lots of patio space, sunbeds are free and the areas between the villas is grassed. Free bus service into town.

Coast/Beach
Altinkum and it's environs Many people, upon first hearing the name "Didim" referring to the place in which they are staying are quite confused. They are not even aware that Altinkum is, in fact, a part of Didim... as are Yesilkent, Mavisehir, Yenihisar and Akbuk. There are over 30 beaches in and around Didim, most of which are completely unknown to both tourists and residents alike. Many of them are little more than private, secluded bays, but they are there all the same.

Travel
Bodrum airport is just over an hour away and Izmir about an hour and a half. Typically a transfer from Bodrum will cost a family of four £40. Many cafes and restaurants will pick up and return their customers.

There is a huge market in Didim each Saturday which will take you at least 3 visits to completely see. The local shops and restaurants offer great service and fantastic value. There are 3 good sized supermarkets nearby.
English is readily understood everywhere.
There are hundreds of hotels in Didim, offering a wide range of standards from the 1-star guest house type pensions, across the board to 5-stars. Two of these are in Akbuk, another is nearing completion near to "3rd Beach" and a fourth hotel has 5-star facilities. There are many extremely good quality 3-star hotels around too. As with the hotels, there are also restaurants to be found everywhere, by the dozen. A large number of these are located on the seafront promenade and generally cater to British tastes, with even the Turkish dishes on the menus being prepared with this in mind. There are now several Chinese restauarants, a traditional Fish and Chippy, and a Balti House Indian. Most of the restaurants offer full English breakfast, for this is still extremely poplular with the tourists. For fish lovers, Didim offers several good fish restaurants, such as the "Acik" and "Kamaci", located opposite the Apollo Temple, "Kamaci 2", down by tyhe harbour, and going a bit further afield, at Tasburun, which is after the Aquapark, one can find small fish restaurants offering very fresh produce. For traditional Turkish cuisine, "Sehir Lokantasi" in Yenihisar is still the most popular, with locals and foreigners, offering a huge selection of Turkish dishes.
The night life in Didim is varied with something for everyone. There are bars where one can sit and relax and have a chat, with background music, before going on to others that offer bingo, quizzes, game shows and karaoke. For the night owls, there are the dance bars, such as "Galaxy", "Garden Bar", "Seal Bar" and "Rooftop", which stay open until 3am. Booking notes
Generally by arrangement; but a minimum booking deposit of 20% is required, some of this, depending on how much notice is given, will be forfeited if a booking is cancelled. A bond of £300 must be received before your arrival, from that your fuel costs will be deducted and also any inventory shortages or breakages covered. The whole rental cost must be provided at least 4 full weeks before the villa is occupied.

I just wanted to say what a lovely villa and nice people you have working for you. We had a lovely welcome from Dave and his wife and Linda drove myself and the 2 girls (after cleaning) to the local market, with her daughter, on her birthday! We had a fab time and I could not have asked for a nicer home to live in, it was nice enough to live in permanently not just for a short break!!!! The locals are VERY friendly and love the kids. This makes life a lot easier. Thank you very much, it made our holiday very homely and the owners of several other villas were very friendly, we even took one of the long term owners out on a boat trip, (I think she owns two properties).
After 15 years I/we needed a good holiday and you definitely helped us 100%. Thanks again, I cant wait to go back (even though we came back to hotter weather and schools, work and a normal life, I had the best time I have done for many years) THANK YOU.
