Old Greek village of Alacati with it's narrow roads, authentic architecture, stone houses, cafes and restaurants is a place must be visited and your villa is just in the heart of this charming village. You will have many choices for the very long white sandy beaches, they all will be at 3 to 20 mins short drive distance. (Alacati, Ilica, Cesme beaches and many others). The kitchen, dining and living room are airy and open planned. The villa accommodates 4 to 6 people in 1 double + 1 twin +1 single bedrooms. There is a nice airy sunbathing areas, a covered and uncovered terrace.

Notes on accommodation
Very confortable relaxing villa.
Outside
The comfortable relaxing terrace is furnished by a big wood table (for 6-8 people), bench, chairs and BBQ. A private pool is shared only by the residents and never too busy. It is approx 10x5m. The terrace is protected which provides shade at hottest times of the day. There are many olive trees around which supplies a relaxing atmosphere.
Coast/Beach
Alacati is a charming town located on the Cesme peninsular on Turkey's beautiful Aegean coast. Overlooked by a row of stone windmills, the town's cobbled streets are lined with stone houses, shops and tavernas, and dotted with open-air cafes and charming restaurants. The shops sell local crafts, jewellery and antiques. Alacati beach is also world famous for it's water sports activities. Last world championship was held here last summer.

Alacati is known as the St. Tropez of Turkey and its' historical town with numerous cafés and terraces is very appealing. If your understanding of an amazing visit is to swim and do all kinds of water sports, or just relax strolling around in the old vineyards, or walk around on the shining cobble stones and discover a surprise around every corner of an old town, or talk to the locals, or even sit in an old coffee house to read your favorite book or daily paper, then Alaçati is definitely for you. Sport: Located on Cesme Peninsula, opposite the Greek island Chios, Alacati is a surf paradise and last world championship was held there last summer. Also Cesme is well known for the healing powers of it's thermal waters. Culture & History: Alacati has lots of historical nearby places. You can have day trips to Aphrodisias, Pamukkale, Ephesus and the house of Virgin Mary, Didim, Priene Milet, Pergamon and many other historical sites.

The nearest airport is Izmir Adnan Menderes airport which is an hour easy drive. British Airways flies 3/4 times a week direct from/to Gatwick airport. During the summer season (April-October) there are many charter flights as well. Transfer or car hire can be arranged for you if you would like to explore within easy reach of touristic and cultural places like Ephesus, Kusadasi,Virgin Mary, Didim, Priene Milet, Pergamon, Pamukkale, Didim and Bodrum. Boats tours to Kiosk islands also available.

Nearest towns of Cesme, Sifne, Dalyan, Ilica and Erithrai are all within easy reach of 10-20 minutes drive. Alacati beach and windsurfing center is world famous for all kinds of water sports activities and at 3 mins drive. Main city of Izmir is only 45 minutes away for site seeing, shopping and experiencing usual Turkish hospitality for it's authentic cuisine.Also the port of Cesme is only 15 mins away (You can visit Kiosk/Greece with ferries)..

30% of total cost of villa is required on booking. Balance of 70% is to be sent 60 days before arrival date. Payment should be by bank transfer. Also there is a breakage deposit of 200£ or 250 euros. This is payable on arrival, in cash. In the event of no breakages this will be refunded before you leave.

Hello everybody. We are a Turkish and French couple who loves good food, good wine and relaxing holiday. That is why when we receive a guest in our villa, we would like them to feel home! We have a 2-year-old baby boy, called Arthur Han. We all are absolutely in love with Alacati and it is why we decided to live here.
