This lovely 3 storey detached villa with private garden and pool enjoys a peaceful location with spectacular mountain views. All bedrooms open onto large balconies or terrace where you can sit and relax in privacy. The property also has a large terrace with dining furniture and barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. The old pine trees in the garden offer welcome shade from the afternoon sun. Villa Delissa is luxuriously equipped including a fitted kitchen with granite worktops, drinking water cooler, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. Bedrooms have ample wardrobes and comfortable mattresses. The lounge and dining areas seat up to 8 people in comfort. DVD player, satellite TV and stereo. Outside, 8 sunbeds and cushions and parasols are supplied for lazing by the pool. A cleaner will attend twice weekly. Our English speaking rep, daily pool cleaning, villa maintenance, and door to door airport transfer service help you enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Changeover day
Please note - change over day is Monday. Departure by 11am and arrival after 3pm. We can be flexible depending on arrival/departure times of other guests. A cleaner will attend twice weekly to clean surfaces and change bed linen.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is managed by an English speaking company. The pool is cleaned daily and the interior cleaned immaculately at the beginning, middle and end of each week.
Our management can arrange transfers to and from the airport including meeting you at the villa on arrival anytime day or night.
Our rep will also visit you the day after arrival to answer any questions or arrange car hire and trips for you if you wish.
We can also put you in touch with our friendly taxi driver Beerjan who is available for everything from supermarket trips to excursions.
We've installed a water cooler tower which takes 20 litre canisters which can be delivered to save money and effort carrying supermarket bottles.

Sun loungers for 8 people plus parasols and low tables are supplied for lazing by the pool. The property also has a large terrace with dining furniture and BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. The garden is well stocked with apricot, lemon, orange and fig trees as well as many flowering shrubs - and two friendly squirrels! Garden and pool lighting magically transform the area at night. During the day, lie back and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Old pine trees provide welcome shade to parts of the garden. There is also a rotary washing line and private parking space to the side of the property. The villa is in a quiet area but very conveniently situated for a short dolmus or taxi ride to the attractive town and port of Fethiye, or for the night life of Hisaronu. Local supermarkets and bars in Ovacik are within easy walking distance, as is the water slide park.

Olu Deniz beach 4km, 5 mins bus ride from villa.
Travel
Dalaman Airport is 1 hour by taxi. We can arrange your transfers if you wish. Car hire is not essential as there is a regular and cheap minibus (dolmus) service between local towns, villages and beach. Taxis are cheap and close by.

Ovacik sits on a plateau 4km from the stunning beach of Olu Deniz, famous for its white beach, turquoise sea and blue lagoon. The pine covered mountains plunging into turquoise sea's make this one of the most stunning locations you will ever see. The area is rich in ancient history including the ghost town at Kaya, and natural beauty including nearby Butterfly Valley and Turtle Beach. It’s 15 mins walk to vibrant Hisaronu, packed with bars, restaurants, clubs and market stalls. Teenagers love it too! The locals are extremely friendly and crime is almost unheard of in the area. Nearby, the stylish port of Fethiye has a wide range of exciting restaurants and shops where you can buy spices, rugs and jewellery at prices much lower than the UK. There is a beautiful promenade where you can join a gulet sailing boat on a tour around the islands. Take a dolmus to Hisaronu 5 mins, Olu Deniz 10mins and Fethiye 10 mins. Other activities within 15 mins drive/bus ride include cycling, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, windsurfing, swimming, walking, water skiing, quad biking, jeep safaris and more.
