These attractive apartments are situated in the beautiful mountain village of Islamlar and are designed for those seeking a truly relaxing holiday away from the crowds, yet still close to Kalkan town and the 18km sandy beach of Patara. Each of the 5 self-contained, one bedroom, apartments has wifi and satellite TV, and a sofa bed in the lounge for accommodating a further 2 people. For enjoying the stunning views and clean mountain air there is a large shared pool, sun terrace with comfy sun loungers, BBQ, table and chairs for al fresco dining and a large garden planted with flowers, olives and an assortment of fruit trees. Islamlar centre, with its market, tea house, bakery and its famous trout farm restaurants is just a short stroll away. This is the perfect base for couples, families of four, or a large group of friends or family looking for good value accommodation.

Notes on accommodation
These five apartments are set within a traditional villa style building and are perfect for single occupancy or group bookings, with generous reductions for taking all 5. Ample parking is available.
Outside
Clean mountain air and spectacular scenery mean these apartments, with their large grounds, are the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The sun terrace is furnished with thick cushioned sun loungers and umbrellas and features a shared swimming pool of 24 sq metres (1.8m deep). To further add to the relaxation there is a stone BBQ, table and chairs for dining outside and a large garden planted with a wide variety of flowers and fruit trees, including roses, bougainvillea, olive, banana, plum, cherry and pomegranate trees. A mountain stream with a small waterfall runs alongside the garden.
Coast/Beach
The apartments are around a 10/15 minute drive to the famous Patara beach with its 18km of pure white sand; 20 minutes to Kalkan beach and tiny harbour, to Kalamar beach club and Kalkan's six other beach clubs; and 30 minutes to beautiful Kaputas beach.
Travel
The nearest airport is Dalaman (approx 1.5 hours drive) and flights are direct from the UK. Transfer to and from the airport is usually by private car or minibus. We can arrange transfers and car hire from Kalkan at very reasonable rates.
Distances
Kalkan town centre, Kalamar beach club: 20 min by car. Patara beach 10/15 min, Kaputas beach 30 min, Kas 45 min, Fethiye under 1 hour. Other local attractions are easily accessible, such as Xanthos (the ancient capital of Lycia), the sunken city of Kekova, the ghost town of Kayakoy, the rock tombs of Tlos, Demre and the Church of St Nicholas (Father Christmas), the mountain village of Bezirgan, and Saklikent Gorge. Daily boat trips from Kalkan harbour are also available.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a refundable £50 damages deposit, which will be returned subject to no breakages, damage or loss, within two weeks of the final day of the holiday. Flights are not included in the price of the apartment.
