The villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday. There are sun loungers for the pool area/terrace and also table and chairs and a swing chair for outdoor dining/relaxing in the warm Turkish weather. Satellite TV and DVD player are available indoors to keep children entertained. It has a child safety gate fitted on the top landing. Upstairs there are 3 balconies, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over. Downstairs there is another bathroom/wet room with WC, basin and shower and open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave/cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster etc. Outside the patio door is an internal terrace area which can be used for dining also. This can be fully opened in summer using the sliding doors. The villa is also fully air-conditioned. Also cots can be hired via prior arrangement.

Changeover day
Guests must vacate the villa by 12 noon on day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner.

Villa is child friendly i.e safety gate on stairs, railings around pool area etc. Also cots can be hired upon prior arrangement.

Coast/Beach
5 minute drive/taxi ride to the famous Olu Deniz with its beautiful beaches and water sports available. Snorkeling/scuba diving trips and paragliding etc is also available here. Fethiye Harbour is also a short drive away.
Special interest holidays
Excellent diving/snorkeling facilities at the beautiful resort of Olu Deniz which is a 5 minute drive/taxi journey. There is a water park with various slides etc only 15 minute walk.
Travel
Nearest Airport - Dalaman - Approx 40 mins transfer. Transfer/car hire can be arranged if required.
Distances
Hisaronu / Ovacik are both approx 5-10 mins walk from the villa.
Olu Deniz approx 5 mins taxi/drive.
Fethiye approx 15 mins taxi/drive.
Further details
All shops, bars, restaurants, clubs are all within 5 minutes walk from the villa to either more relaxing Ovacik or bustling Hisaronu. Water park - approx 15 mins walk from villa.
Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit to be paid upon booking and remaining balance 21 days before departure.
£150 refundable deposit required upon booking to cover any breakages/damage - refundable upon return.
