Situated in a quiet and private setting in the peaceful, prestigious Kisla area of Kalkan. The villa has a large private fresh water infinity pool, 2 spacious terraces, gardens, large rooms, clean modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with modern Bosch appliances and large American style fridge, living and dining room all with air-conditioning and cool marble flooring. Pool Terrace: Large 11 metre private fresh water infinity pool with depths of 1m to 1.8M. Dining table and chairs for 10, sun lounges with parasols and drinks tables, panoramic views of Kalkan Bay and the Taurus Mountains. Upper terrace: Spacious with an 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and sea. A large 12 seater private shaded pergola and sun beds. A short walk to the local mini market to pick up fresh bread and other essentials.
Coast/Beach
The coast is 200 metres away. There is a small beach with cafe a short walk down the hill, about 8 minutes. Villa Mahal Beach club is a 5 minute walk from Beluga and here you can swim, relax and indulge in some great food at there superb beach bar. Other sandy beaches are nearby and can be reached by water taxi or dolmus. A five minute journey will take you to the stunning Kaputas Beach. To the west is the unspoilt Patara Beach voted one of the top beaches in the world by The Times online.
Travel
Dalaman airport is the neares airport aproximatly 80 minutes from Kalkan.

We are a less than a 5 minute leisurely stroll from Villa Mahal which was voted by the Sunday Times as having one of the best views in the world. The boutique hotel offers beach club, bar, an excellent restaurant and, if needed, a free water taxi to Kalkan harbour. The nearby Patara Prince offers an array of activities these include: water sports, volleyball, tennis courts, snooker and scuba diving they also have a health club with sauna, massage and other spa treatments available. If you have children you may be interested in the kids club too.
Within 400 metres of the villa is a local mini-market which, if the short 5 minute walk is too arduous to contemplate, will deliver your provisions, including delicious morning baked bread. At the end of the road, less than 2 minutes walk, a bus route passes by, the mini-bus runs on a regular time-table and will take you the 5 minute journey into Kalkan, no physical bus stop is required as you hale one like a taxi.

Guest comments
We had obviously seen the pictures of both the villa and Kalkan before our visit but these did not do either justice. The villa is delightful, light, airy, fantastic pool, beautifully finished and best of all, has the most stunning views. Pure bliss, sitting on the patio area, children enjoying the wonderful infinity pool and looking beyond at the breathtaking view. It is very well fitted and has everything you will need for a perfect holiday.
Kalkan is a 20 minute walk away. The preferred option for us was the service of the very friendly and reliable taxis, who we could highly recommend. One phone call and we would be collected or returned to our desired location.
Kalkan is very clean, very pretty with interesting shops and lovely restaurants. The harbour makes the area all the more interesting. Lively in the evening but far removed from many holiday hotspots, no drunken groups but pleasant music and just the right amount of activity with shops open till late.

Kalkan is quietly sophisticated and due to demographics I think it is unlikely to get over run by those we are trying to avoid.
