'Villa Indigo' is a beautiful, modern detached villa situated on the Kas Peninsula with stunning views of the Mediterranean, the Greek Island of Meis and other small Islands. These spectacular views can be enjoyed from most bedrooms and balconies or while lazing on your sunbed on the large terrace or while relaxing in the beautiful infinity pool. The villa is divided into two areas with 3 bedrooms in the main duplex villa and 2 bedrooms in a separate basement apartment, which has separate access from the outside. This accommodation for 10 people makes it ideal for families or friends travelling together,allowing for a degree of privacy if desired, although there is only one kitchen which is situated in the main villa. The charming village of Kas is only a 5 min drive away. If you do not have a car then there are frequent local small buses (dolmus) or taxis are readily available. There are a host of activities and tours avaible for the energetic or you can just relax at the villa.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Renting period must be for a minimum of 5 nights. 10% discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Discount for long winter lets. Late bookings considered.
Changeover day
Flexible-depending on other bookings. To be vacated by 11am on the day of departure but arrangements can be made to stay later depending on the arrival time of other guests.

Notes on accommodation
Owners Hakan and Kate or appointed staff will be available to meet you and help with any queries.
Children are welcome but need to be well supervised as there is open access to swimming pool-therefore the villa is not recommended for young,mobile children or those who cannot swim.
No pets.
No smoking inside.
No walking or climbing along edge of infinity pool.
Accessibility
Inaccessible for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems due to outside steps and internal stairs. Close access to main road and carpark. Local mini buses will stop right outside villa.
Outside
Private lagoon shaped infinity pool, 10 x 4.5 metres. Depth from 1.55 to 1.90 metres. Small paddling pool attached. Large terrace.Outdoor table and chairs and sunbeds. Poolside shower. Built in BBQ and mobile gas BBQ. Villa surrounded by newly established gardens.
The sunsets and magnificient views can be enjoyed from the large terraces of Villa Indigo while enjoying the use of the large,private infinity pool. The villa is a 5 minute drive by car or 10 minute dolmus (local bus) drive away from Kas town. We recommend the hire of a car, but this is not essential as there is a regular dolmus service that picks up and drops off around the peninsula. 6 kms to Kas. 26kms to Kalkan. Fethiye - 1.5 hours drive. It is a five minute walk to beach platforms of where you can enjoy a snack and a swim in the crystal waters of the Mediterranean.
Coast/Beach
The villa is only a few minutes walk to various platforms giving access to the sea. In Kas there are many places along the sea front,including "Little Pebble Beach"which provide access to the sea and where sunbeds, food, drinks and a beautiful sunset are available. There are other beautiful locations accessible by car including "Big Pebble Beach"-5 minutes away by car, Kaputas beach-20 minutes away and the historic, sandy beach of Patara which is 40 minutes away and well worth a look.
Travel
Kas is situated between Antalya Airport (3 hours away by car) and Dalaman Airport (approximately 2 hours away). Transfers can be arranged to and from the airports-please ask for prices at time of booking the villa. Car hire can also be arranged. Car hire is not essential but recommended to explore the areas surrounding Kas.
Distances
There are many interesting and historic places to visit near Kas and further afield. These can be accessed by car, the local mini buses or through organised tours. The nearest village to Kas is Kalkan which is a 30 min. drive away. The closest town is Fethiye which is 1 and a half hours away by car. The city of Antalya is 2 and a half hours away by car. The sunken city of Kekova is 40 min. away by car. The town of Demre (Myra) is 30 min. away, and there you can see the church of Saint Nicholas.

Booking confirmed with 20% non-refundable deposit. Full payment required 10 weeks before departure. A £350 returnable damages deposit is required with the final payment and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to inspection. We accept payment by bank transfer in GBP or Euros. 10 % discount for bookings of 2 weeks or more. Late bookings considered.
